We think the pool should have been heated .

The view for breakfast was great. Arrived at the end of the peak season so it was very quiet. Location was ideal and with the help of the staff with our bags the hike to the room was easy. The staff were exceptional .

We were on family vacation and were hoping to relax at Panorama Suites. It was 2 elevators down from Boutique plus 50 steps more to our room. Still another 15 or so to the pool and breakfast. I would not let this stop you if you are physically able. Much easier steps than the ones we experienced in Oia.

Panorama Suites was in great location in Fira. The view was fantastic and all the people were very helpful. Restaurants recommended by the hotel were all excellent. National Bank ATM was almost across the street from the Panorama Boutique (above the Suites). The breakfast was excellent with great view of the caldera area and cruise ships.

Where do I start? We loved absolutely everything about our room and Panorama Suites.

The sound echos loudly as the hotel staff begin to work early in the morning it will wake you. This is very minor.

Spotless clean, really great location. Staff were excellent. Pool is such a great addition. Views amazing. Your balcony is really the best place on the island to look at sunset.

Signage for the hotel. A sign that is perpendicular to the road would have been helpful. When we arrived on the main street we looked left then right. We went opposite way and then had to back track our way back. Granted we could have had help from our taxi. We packed light so felt we could figure it out .Once located it was very easy. Maybe a photo of the front entrance/check in with the welcome email to give you a visual clue. Santorini - too many cruise ships are allowed into port at once. Crowds Crowds Crowds. Did not like the donkeys hauling people up and down the hill. Made our experience horrible. Donkey dung/donkey urine, sweaty donkeys rubbing up against you and snorting. If they are going to keep this going the path needs to be cleaned. Donkeys and people on the same path are not a pleasant experience. Surprised to see a few pan handlers begging. Saw very few in other Greece locations we traveled.

Check in and help going all the way down to our room was great Breakfast was good. Room and deck were lovely. Hotel close to taxi drop off. Bed was comfy. We forgot a cord and they located it and got it to us. Thanks,

The Executive Suite met all our expectations. The view of the Caldera and sunset could not be beat. We were offered a very tasty breakfast with a view by the pool side every morning. Location was great for access to all shops. This suite is the located on a level lower than the pool so we did have some stairs to manage however they were well worth the experience. The staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

That they did not warn you about needing to take 2 lifts & many many stairs to reach your room. This needs to be part f your booking information as some people have trouble with all the stairs.

Can't drive to the door but the porters meet your taxi and carry luggage through the streets for you!! One of the elevators took a while to come back online after power outage. Not suitable for those who can't do a lot of stairs!

The only thing I can critique is the amount of stairs we had to climb up and down every day. But it was good exercise. The cost is a little expensive but I guess you are paying for the views and central location.

This property had amazing views over the Caldara. Sunsets were incredible. We enjoyed many cocktails and relaxing by the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything is fabulous at Panaroma Suites The most friendliest and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We were lucky enough to stay on the ground floor near the swimming pool and it was the best not to mention the amazing view of the caldera and such easy access to the swimming pool and breakfast.
