They lied us that there is no bus stop to the port (when, in fact, it is 200m away), only to charge us 40 euros for transport to the port (only 4 km away). And another big minus: inefficient wi-fi, neither in the rooms nor in the common areas.

Cycladic architecture and cleanliness are all I would point out positively.

We requested a room in the lower level for my pregnant wife's convenience and after they confirmed that our room was in the lower level, we got a room in the highest floor. The water every time we showered would leak onto the floor underneath the vanity. The TV was small. I got nothing else.

Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast with different options. Good location near the Port and airport. Nice pool area. Pool bar had good drink/food options. Hookah available. The room was very chic, very nice. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom/shower. We were in the second floor and had a huge balcony/patio with street views. There is a Starbucks and pharmacy across the street where you can park.

I don’t like that when the sunrise comes the room wasn’t comfortable and we couldn’t sleep because the sun was on our eyes so we woke up very early

Our room was extremely noisy, on the front main road, even with earplugs could hear some noise. Also one of shutters had broken so had to put towel over window to keep light out as no curtains. Pillows and bed not very comfy - hard pillows.

Nice pool, but by a very busy road so not very relaxing. Breakfast was good and staff friendly at reception.

Super friendly and clean property. I went in Jan when most of the town is empty and usually it is hard to find a spot to stay where heating works and you get good service.

The hotel is on the main road of the island which can get very busy. When leaving the location we mostly dodged cars to cross the road. But this also means its very easy to reach the hotel, which is nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaners were especially joyfull. Someone is ready to help 24/7. The breakfast was great. A lot of choice and tasty.

the room was out dated and had mold in the shower. they don’t air out very well. the shower fills up with water when being used and doesn’t drain fast. the door to the outside seating area was broken off it hinges and the toilet seat was also lose. the rooms def need work.

The location is good, but travellers should know its 10-15 walk downhill to the main centre and Fabrika bus station and taking transport can be pricey. It would be nice if the pool and jacuzzi could be heated at night If you are renting a car, finding parking spaces might be a challenge but parking is free

Walk from Mykonos town to hotel is steep and the hotel is located on a very busy road which makes walking anywhere quite dangerous and stressful. Transport services were expensive with a minimum fare of €36 quoted to us for taxi. Prices at pool bar were expensive but standard for Mykonos.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Our room was quite spacious and clean. Nice pool area. Breakfast was good. Overall we were happy with our stay.
