Easy convenient good overall

Not a big deal but when we hired a quad we weren’t allowed to park it in the main driveway or parking lot. We had to leave it on the road. No vehicles were allowed the main buildings. Not a huge drama just a little inconvenient as there was no real place to park on the road other than the verge

The staff were so warm, welcoming, happy, helpful It was like being part of a Greek family Great bar by the pool manned all day until late at night. Great snacks and cocktails. Fantastic pool area with with great lounges, big cushions, tables - all easily accessible and never crowded Set back off the main road so very quiet but still close to everything. Short walk to beach, restaurants, etc Public bus service stops nearby

Excellent location with amazing poolside facilities. Bar and snack bar well stocked and food lovely. Staff lovely and couldn’t be more accommodating. Special thank you to Lucas and Yannis, they were brilliant! Cant wait to come back

Dianne was the most lovely host!! So kind and welcoming. Our room was small but was the perfect size for 2 people. We had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable with great aircon. We loved the pool and the bar, all the seats and lounges around the pool were very cute as well!! It was a great location, very close to the beach, bus stop, restaurants and Far Out Beach Club. We highly recommend!

Maria and Paros were absolutely lovely. Very helpful and available, we had a wonderful stay thanks to them. Their rooms were perfect: clean, lovely and well located near the best beach on the island.

Locations was really good, next to the beach and not far from the center. The owners were really nice: they gave us lifts from and to the port, and were really helpful in general.

1 of 2 rooms could have been cleaned better. 1 bed was terrible (table with a mattress). A lot of mosquitos at night.

Perfect location right off the main beach and close to the beach club. Quick bus ride or beautiful walk to the main town. Superb pool area and great rooms. The staff are all lovely too! 10/10

booked for 5 days, ended up staying 3 weeks. room was much bigger than expected, clean, bed comfy, air conditioner worked well & was much needed. pool area is clean and relaxing. perfect location near the beach & easy access to town by regular buses or cab. Maria made my stay very comfy & couldn’t do enough to make it more enjoyable; she recommended lots of places to visit and restaurants to eat at, which were all exceptional. all staff in the hotel are very welcoming & friendly Do go to mylopotas water sports on the beach, all the staff are very friendly. I booked a tour and did snorkelling and cliff diving/jumping also booked water skiing; the instructor was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of tips. Maria offered to arrange transportation from the port but I got a bus which she explained very clearly what to do. I few from London to Santorini, stayed in Santorini for 1 night and booked a SeaJet to Ios which took 30 mins. I have loved my stay here and fallen in love with Ios. I’m coming back next month, but unfortunately this is fully booked so have to stay elsewhere🙄 My advice is to…BOOK QUICKLY BECAUSE ITS A LITTLE GEM! and it gets booked up very quickly! I have already booked for next year to secure my accommodation.

Our host, Maria, was very welcoming, she even offered to pick us up at the ferry, whatever the time! She gave us advice on activities and visits to do. She pointed out several restaurants in the area and the two we tried were excellent. Very good stay at Paradise, this is where we will stay when we return.

The property was brilliant, a lot bigger than expected and very spacious. We cooked several nights and ate on our balcony which was lovely.

We were told that our room was not available the day we arrived, so we were moved to another structure for one night. Then we were brought back to Paradise, but our room was still not ready; we had to wait outside for three hours with all our luggages and groceries we bought the day before (I was even with crutches). When we were finally able to access our room we found it dirty, with hair sticked to the floor, a mosquito squashed on the door, stained pillowcases. We told them about the situation and while we were out, they finished to clean the room. However when we came back in the evening, we found out there was no kitchen even if it was included with the reservation. I went to the owner to tell her that we couldn't prepare our dinner and I also informed her about the inconveniences during the day. She very disrespectfully started shouting at me and my friends (that didn't say a word, they were just standing by me), and she insulted me as well. There weren't any major discomforts the days that followed.

The structure had a nice pool and a bar on the side. It had typical greek buildings. The man that welcomed us was very nice and polite, and checked up several times that everything was fine.

Nobody at reception at all times. Ants in the room. The room was never cleaned. We enquired about an extra bed and never received it so one person was sleeping on the floor, still had to pay €75 for the extra person even though we didn’t receive the extra bed. No toilet paper, had to get toilet paper off the neighbours because no one was at reception.

The bar staff were lovely. Great leisure facility, pool was amazing

The rooms sewage smelt very badly. All the room facilities were old and weary and the bathroom was tiny. The coffee machine of the hotel did not work, no water in the room and limited service overall. There was also a lot of noise in the night preventing us from sleeping. Taking into account the price paid, this is a bad choice if you want to visit IOS.

The location was nice, close to Mylopotas beach. The pool was nice.
