Kind and helpful host, everything one might need is there. Perfect choice for a group travelling to Mount Athos, easy access to the permissions office and the city port.

Extremely dirty matreses that had probable blood stains and mold, moldy smell, extremely unconfortable. No spoons, forks, knives, no dishwash soap nor sponge, broken glass on the kitchen door. Broken chairs on the balcony. The bathroom is a DIY made, the soapdispenser did not work, the toilet seat was broken, the water was leaking from the sink pipe, the window was broken as well as the mosquito net. No hairdryer. When we asked for one, they gave us hairdryer that should be mounted to a wall, and said they would place it the next morning, but they never came. Poor insulation, our last night there we could not sleep from the neighbour's snooring whoch was as if the person is in our room No wardrobe. All in all, avoid this place, it is old, they obviously tried to renovate (DIY) but did a very poor job. Beats me who gave them three stars!

It is a relaxing, easygoing place with wonderful hosts, friendly staff and pet lovers. The breakfast is delicious with local products and selfmade olive oil. It has its own beach with parasols and sun beds, which makes for a full experience for a relaxing stay. There are beach bars and restaurants in the closest neighborhood for those who like to be in a crowd. All in all - I'll definitely come again...

The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to the center of town. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. Great value for the price.

We love this small family hotel! Great location only one minute walk from the sea and the beach. Lovely owners and very friendly staff. Comfortable room with a balcony. The bathroom has just been renovated and was clean.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair, although there seems to be some effort to invest in modernization, it leaves much to be desired. It’s a real shame because the location is good, and the hotel has a large garden, but unfortunately, it is not well-maintained. Even though we arrived almost 2 hours before check-in time, it took us 4 hours to finally get our room. The outdoor terrace has broken furniture, and the trash bins were overflowing. Entering the reception area felt like stepping back 30-40 years. The bathroom renovations were done poorly: holes in the walls instead of sockets, an inadequate shower drain, no shower curtain or divider, and old doors and windows. There were spiders in the room. The linens are washed on-site and dried on lines in the sun, surrounded by piles of debris from the renovation.

No plates, glasses, silverware etc. The chairs on the balcony were all broken, the TV was malfunctioning, the internet connection was only good around the reception

Everything was dirty (towels and sheets etc) . The building was too old with broken doors and windows... the structure that was supposed to be a bed, had a piece of wood and a mattress on. Its not like it is presented on the photos.

I liked the family soul of this hotel, personal approach and the efforts of the support staff. Nice breakfast. First line to the sea(50meters).I especially want to note the family approach in hotel management and the direct participation of the owners in the process of organizing the hotel's work.

Very old, very dirty , very uncomfortable beds and facilities

They claim on Booking that the rooms have 3 double beds and 40m2, while, according to their confession, they do not have that big rooms and the rooms have 1 double bed + 2 single beds. Single beds are too tight next to each other and there is no space left how to walk beside the beds. The beds are improvised, with many rough parts hanging around where one can hurt itself. Also, we didn’t have Internet for the last 4 days and we doubt that they have spent their monthly quota in the first 20 days and they do not bother to provide Internet access for the last 10 days of the month. When asked, the lady said it is because of the hot weather!?! The beach is sandy, but only outside of the sea - there is no sand in the sea at their beach - it is only slimy rocks.

Nice location with a nice view to the sea, to the mountains and to the garden. The bathroom is as expected from the photos.

The conditions were so bad that I could not stay there. One is presented on Booking, the other you can find in reality. A total mess. It is the former Kari hotel with a different name this year to mislead customers. In fact, they don't care if you want to stay there or not. They keep the money on the reservation anyway. I will definitely not use Booking services in the future!
