We asked for a quiet room. One night, there was a very noisy party in the rooftop bar till 01.30 am. Our room was right below. The bar manager ignored to put the volume down. The next day I asked the reservation manager to provide some money back. He refused and told me to accommodate at another hotel. A professional manager would offer some compensation such as a free drink, late check out some others. I hope that the hotel will consider having a strong word with him or hiring someone else. In the bathroom, there is no shelf for toiletries. The IKEA shop sells some that do not require drilling and would fit nicely.

Clean rooms, modern rooms, nicely decorated lobby. Swimming podle area. Some of the reception staff was highly professional (Danae).

the rooms are very old, rough and run down. you also have to pay extra for the AC which I have never experienced before. there was also an older employee behind the reception desk who was very blunt and made very questionable excuses for some of the shortcomings of the property. Breakfast was also the worst breakfast buffet I have ever had at a hotel, I even had to wash my own plate, coffee cup and cutlery, the food was barely worth eating and was not displayed or stored in a way in which I would imagine would meet any food safety guidelines.

Misunderstandings with the staff, some furniture were almost ready to drop(lamb, towel holder), water in the sink was dropping

I didn't like having to chase up on getting the room cleaned which was supposed to happen every 3 days and the non-availability of a late checkout, which was specifically advertised at the front desk, and the lack of courtesy rooms to change/shower with the late night flight home.

I liked the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Marias and Dimitris, the rooftop bar was very good as well and the location was excellent.

We could hear everything in the hotel and the door was always slammed in the corridor

The front-desk staff were efficient, but not particularly friendly. The shower cabin in the bathroom was too small.

Beautifully located on the western side of Rhodos City amidst shops and restaurants, close to the beach and just a short walk to the Old Town. The rooms are spacious and ours had fabulous sea views in two directions. The pool is clean and refreshing and there are a enough loungers. The glass lift takes you up from the pool up to roof terrace bar with its spectacular all-round panoramic views. Breakfast is adequate and the breakfast manager, Anastasia, is really friendly and helpful.

After arriving no one was serving at the bar so we went to a local taverna The bedding was clean and the bed comfort was ok The bathroom was very poor. It smelt very damp and there was no shower curtain. It was old so presented as grubby and unloved We paid for breakfast for 6 euros each so weren’t expecting much but it was poor choice and quality with the worst Greek yogurt I’ve ever tasted.

We just needed a one night stopover before trolling on to Symi so the location was excellent and good value for money

Obvious water damage in the room, with freshly plastered wall still drying out. The room required some TLC to bring it to a good standard. Cups were chipped and had stains. Also, no tea & coffee facility.stains on curtains

Fabric of building in places very poor indeed. Dangerously cracked glass in lift to pool. Pool chairs burst or missing. No working shower at pool. Fridge freezer door broken and undefrosted and unhygienic. No air conditioning in public areas.

Brilliant location near beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value breakfast. Good air conditioning in room. Roof bar looked interesting but was generally closed.

there are some hotels that are very difficult to evaluate, due to the location, staff, type of structure and the Parthenon is one of them. The structure itself is beautiful, since I think that this hotel years ago was a 3 or 4 star hotel due to the many benefits offered during the day, but this fails to cover the serious shortcomings probably caused by the presence of inadequate staff. to the volume of the structure. One of the most critical points is due to the cleaning and the change of towels, since this did not happen on time but according to some criteria that I am not aware of. The room has always remained with the presence of sand and no one has ever come to vacuum the floor. The bathroom is very small and old with the presence of mold both on the wall and on the mirror. The swimming pool is not bad but for most of the day it is covered by the other buildings, so the presence of the sun is limited to a maximum of 3 hours a day. The air conditioner is on payment (6Euro per day or 35euro per week) and the supplied remote control only allows the use of the fan option.

the complimentary bottle of wine the evening before departure was very much appreciated but I think it is really necessary to train the staff better to aim at improving the service. There is a lot of work to do to make this structure adequate to European standards but it has all the structural foundations to be competitive.

The shower was incredible small and the cleanliness of the room was not that great as the cups were uncleaned and duvet dirty.

The rooftop bar was very cool and prices for open bar very fair. Rooms had AC and the furniture looked modern. Very friendly staff.

The building is neglected and needs renovation. Also, the cleanliness standards of the room need improvement: our sheets were clean but smelt of smoking and we noticed a few insects walking on the floor.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for tourists to visit both modern and medieval Rhodes. It is also very close to the airport bus stop. The stuff was very polite and professional and all our quests were met quickly. Breakfast was served in the room due to COVID restrictions, which is a good initiative of the hotel in order to protect its customers and staff.
