We had a fantastic stay, views were amazing. Restaurants and cafes nearby and short stroll along promenade to main centre of Ag Nik. Popi was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

We liked the location for travelling outside of the town. Parking was not bad, the car was within view of the room each night (October). Speaking of the view, it was tremendous! We had two windows in addition to the big sliding door, so ventilation was quite good. The Perla sign was hard to see from the road, and the entrance to the building was around the corner on a side street, so we drove by it the first pass through the town.

Absolutely nothing.

Apartments are ideally located, 5 minutes on foot from centre.Nearby one can find beautiful beaches, lots of restaurants, bars and cafes. Apartments are spacious, and are immaculately cleaned on a daily basis. Amazing views of Mirabello bay and the city of Agios Nikolaos. Very economical compared to other similar accommodation properties. Last but not least, hostess Popi, is just great. Friendly, hospitable, always willing to see to the customers' needs or give useful tips and valuable information. Overall, excellent experience... Highly recommended!!!

Perfectly formed apartment in excellent location with a splendid view over the bay. Super welcoming host Kaliopi. Just off the very hub of Agyos. Coffee place with seaside seating just below with a small beach just past it. Lovely in all senses.

There was some nearby building works going on so there was some noise however, as we were out most days it didn’t bother us too much.

Staff were super friendly and helpful with local knowledge, the apartment was spotless clean and maintained daily.

There was a building renovation next to our stay - it wasn't an issue for us, but if someone wants to spend whole days in the apartment, it can be disturbing.

Great apartment. Plenty of useful staff inside - including iron, electric grill, hair dryer, free wifi. There is no parking available, but you can park on the street for free - usually there are some free spots. The host is super nice, friendly and very helpful. Location is great - you can see and hear the sea when going to bed and waking up. If you want to go for a short swim, there's very calm pebble beach just under the building. Other (sand and sandish) beaches are located in a nice walking distance (e.g.550m to Ammoudi Beach, it's a small but a nice one, mainly with paid sunbeds). There is also supermarket 300 m from the apartment. Apartment is VERY clean.

everything was amazing! the owner was so sweet and she was willing to check in earlier so we could leave our stuff in the room. the view is fantastic and the location is exceptional! walking distance to everywhere. elounda is only 15’ max car drive from the place! def recommend this place!!

Amazing fantastic place. The friendly sweet owner Popi made our stay extra special she is caring Professional and full of good vibes and energy. She is an embassador and icon for Cretan and Greek hospitality. Immaculate place.fast wifi .a stone through to centre, great communication.mind blowing seaview I highly recommend it .we will be back next year for sure.
