Friendly, professional management and staff. Great location. Really good outside area offering sun or shade with comfortable seating. Spotlessly clean. Can walk into Rethymno or cab is usually there within a few minutes and only 5 euros into town. Special thanks to Eleni, Antonis and Chris at the beach bar for their great service and friendship. Will definitely stay again but would always choose a sea facing room.

It was very small and not very clean with tiny shower and quite scary stairs to mezzanine bed without a handrail.

Friendly and very helpful staff - we were sent to the sister hotel Aquamarine apartments for our first night and it was cleaner and more spacious than our room at Petradi beach- recommend both for different reasons. At Petradi Sea facing room amazing views listening to the sea was fabulous.

The decor in the rooms was a bit dated but the beds were soooo comfortable, I had the best week long sleep ever 😴 the ensuite is newly and very nicely refurbished but a bit on the small size. The breakfast was ok. The bar staff, Nicky and Antonios were fantastic 🍹🍸so welcoming, great fun and delicious cocktails. Location is great, two steps down and you're on the beach, 20 minute walk into centre. Great holiday overall. 💋

It's just over a mile out of town so an easy walk, with some good restaurants nearby and various shops for staples. The area it's in is quite run down which is the only real negative, presumably work in progress, but once you get past that, all good.

Rooms are simple, comfortable and clean with great views. Staff very friendly and efficient. Good swimming pool and a selection of chairs and sun-loungers by the pool and on the beach.

The only thing is out of control of hotel, the busy road but in the sea view rooms it is calm and lovely and the sound of the waves is just beautiful

This is a lovely hotel. The white decor and furnishings are really tasteful. Our room was perfect with views of the sea and fortezza. The breakfasts were very good. The staff were like a little army working at crack of dawn to clean everything by the pool and the sunloungers on the beach. It was all spotless. It was amazing to have a private beach. The receptionist ,Jenny was so helpful, giving bus timetables and lots of advice. Would definitely return

The wifi in the rooms wasn't reliable at all. It only worked properly by the pool/at the beach. The double bed was two singles pushed together. The breakfast was very basic and could have been a lot better. The distance to rethymno's old town is roughly 30 minutes walking distance which could be a bit long for some people (you can get a €5 taxi though).

The views of the sea from the room were lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very clean and air conditioned. Food from the pool bar was quite nice and reasonably priced.

See above comments but , in summary, Coffee Music and speakers Wifi almost not there in rooms - had to stand on balcony

Located right on the beach with 2 swimming pools and a variety of areas where you could lounge and relax Our room had a verandah overlooking the water so had a great view. We had a lovely time there , unfortunately there were several issues which would make me not have this hotel as my first choice They play a constant background music through really bad speakers. The music is not loud enough to hear properly but sounds like cats on heat or whales mating. The coffee is undrinkable. Apparently several guests have complained, but management is unwilling to change. I like good coffee, and can drink most, however this one was too awful ! The food at the hotel was really not very good, and also very expensive. It would have been nice to occasionally eat at the hotel, but we chose to eat at a couple of nearby restaurants which were excellent. We have travelled extensively throughout many Greek islands ,over many years , and the hospitality and friendliness of the Greek people is great and hard to beat, however ,in this case , this was not our experience in this hotel.

My main aim was to do some job here, but, unfortunately, it was impossible, because WiFi was so weak that I could not do anything via internet. If you are going to stay there, just know - there is no WiFi. Hotel is located far from Rethymno centre, so you need a car or you have to be ready for long walking. If you have a car, then know - there are no parking places. Oh no - there are 3 public parking places and they are parmanently unavailable ;) The closest public parking is 200-300 m from hotel (without any security staff). Bathroom is extremly small, but shower cabin has no doors or curtains, so all bathroom after showering is flooding. Cleaning ladies doesn't work every day, but there was no information about this. So, if you want your room to be clean, clean it yourself. Staff tried to be kind, but really couldn't help anything. Wonderful... :D And it was Classic Double Room in the 3* hotel... I have seen many, but it was something new. In Europe.

Good breakfast. Hotel is located at the beach.

The Wi-Fi was hit and miss. You could get it better when sitting out on the balcony but when the weather wasn't great this wasn't always possible.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a walkable distance to town, although we had a hire car and were able to park it outside most days or at least nearby. We found an excellent restaurant nearby (very short walking distance). The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. We found the little kitchenette useful as it meant we were able to make ourselves hot drinks and snacks if/when we wanted to.

Cute, cozy room, with a large comfortable bed, awesome view of the sea and the Fortezza. Right on the beach, with a friendly, helpful staff, and excellent breakfast.
