Everything was just perfect and exceptional! As far as i understood its a family business and they run it absolutely phenomenal! Robert was very kind, he even gave spoke Serbian with us, apartment was clean as if it was a hospital, wifi worked pretty well, bed was comfortable abd cozy, everything was same like in the pictures, Phaeton is at the top spot since its not in the loud area but yet still right in the center of Kalithea. There was always a parking spot near, you've amazing food pretty close to the apartments, beach is not far away, 6-7 minutes of walk. If we ever decide to come back to Kassandra it will definitely be here. We're absolutely amazed by our vacation spent here and we give highest recommendation about it. Thanks for everything Robert!

Extremely clean and tidy studios and apartments suitable both for small and big groups. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Also the location is superb with many surrounding coffee shops, markets, bars, restaurants etc. Great value for money, would definitely recommend!

Parking - it is a nightmare. This is valid for all Greece. It is not hotel fault. We had room at last floor and every morning we heard pigeons on the roof, they can be very noisy.

Even if the hotel is in the center zone, it is a quiet place. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. That is why we chose to stay longer than expected.

Sparkling clean apartment, owners are very pleasant and helpful. The vila is located very near the restaurants, shops, etc. but it is not in the noisy area, great location. It was not hard to find the parking in front or near the villa. Towels are changed regularly, every day if needed. Good water pressure in the shower (some places in Greece have issues with this). To sum it up: great place to stay, good value for the money, we will be back in our future vacations :)

Slightly noisy area due to central location. Small kitchen with no extractor fan. Bathroom had uneven, broken tiles, requiring slippers for safety, and lacked ventilation except for a small window. Shower’s flat design caused water and dirt to pool in corners. Beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Unreliable Wi-Fi and TV signal. Balcony clothes drying was tricky due to dripping from upper floors; water drops (possibly from cleaning or guests above) splashed onto our food while eating on the balcony.

Fantastic location, close to the beach and in the heart of the center. There's a big free parking lot nearby. Excellent daily cleaning service, with thorough linen and towel changes when requested. Kind and helpful staff, especially Robert, who quickly resolved an issue without us needing to ask. Well-equipped room despite a small kitchen.
