Room was a bit small for 3 of us but that’s probably the case for most families of 3 in 1 room.

Fantastic location, 5-10 min walk to the Acropolis, 5 min walk to nearest metro station. Hotel room was small for the 3 of us but sufficient when there’s so much to do outside. Pressure in shower was good and there was a surprisingly powerful hairdryer. Daily room service with new towels supplied and luggage room to store luggage after checkout. Really helpful staff and reliable wifi.

The power was out when I first arrived which is not the property’s fault but it was inconvenient. I had sent a message through booking and via email and did not get a response from them before my arrival.

Great location. Within walking distance to everywhere around the Acropolis. Good view of the Acropolis (very pretty at night when it is lit up). The room was clean and served well as base location and to sleep.

The Bar/lounge, no or limited service. The shuttle service is extremely expensive.

-The location is fantastic -Rooms are ok nice and clean, cleaning every day. -Super good with the balcony -Breakfast was good, absolutely in the better end of the scale for Hotels in that price level and even better than more expensive hotels. -easy accessible with metro -easy check in/and out -Boiler and coffee/tea in the room

We were very pleased with everything. It was as advertised. The cleanliness was excellent. It is an older, simpler hotel, but as advertised. The staff was so helpful and really pleasant. The location is superb and green. The price was very reasonable for what we received. The breakfast was tasty. I was particularly grateful for the extra help from staff members Jenny and Grace in finding a bag that I lost and ordering food. Another staff member also helped me order a taxi, although I don't recall her name, she was very helpful and professional. Everyone was lovely to my children. My son has special needs and they were very accommodating.

They had some issues with plumbing so first two nights we stayed in Cristal City hotel which we didn’t like so much as the location was not so safe and our room was above very busy street, busy even at 2am.

It is wonderfully located, it is in front of the Parthenon and in such a beautiful place, very safe and next to a metro station.

Check in 1/2/2024. Stayed for 1 night. The staff is polite and hospitable. Especially the young lady at the reception (Stella) arranged for me a larger room which was available.

We were told that there was a problem in the building and we were brought to another hotel, which was in a very sketchy area, (that happened on the first night). We were able to come back the next day.

The location is near perfect. Close to main attractions, parks and public squares, restaurants.

Sometimes you could hear the people in the other rooms. Minor inconvenience but I can imagine if the guests were loud it would not be good.

I was surprised at the good value. When I booked it, the price was so reasonable I thought that the hotel was going to be awful. It was old but extremely clean, standard facilities and excellent location within walking distance to everything you want on a holiday.

Obviously the place needs a bit of a facelift and a new lift. But for the price it’s good value.

The location was great for someone who wants to be around the Thisseio area. For a 2-3 star hotel it was pleasant enough with friendly staff, especially the lady who makes the cakes for the breakfast buffet.
