Philippos is in a nice quiet spot on the edge of town, plenty of facilities at hand. A very spacious room and balcony. Clean with comfortable beds. Great views from the apartment. Philippos himself was very courteous and helpful, a very pleasant man. The resort of Kardamena is just a short taxi ride from the airport. So that’s a great start to the holiday. Would score 11 if we could!

Nothing major but an extra key would have been useful as traveling with a friend.

There was really nothing I can say that I did not like as I felt everything was in good order, well maintained and comfortable.

We were given a fantastic room on the top floor on the corner of the property. This had a balcony plus a large terrace which you could sunbath, sit and eat out on whilst looking out to the sea. Definitely a great room with a great view so felt very lucky to enjoy both during our short stay. The pool area which is separate from the accomodation was fantastic. With a bar/cafe you had everything you needed plus very comfortable sun loungers. The area never felt over crowded and was a great relaxing place to be. I would return to stay at the Philippos Studios & Apartments without hesitation should I holiday in Kardamena again.

Very good location close to beach and not in the center, but everything is close. Beautiful sea view from balcony, comfy rooms, nice and clean pool area, very good and helpful staff. I'm planning to come back for a longer period next year, I really enjoyed the hotel and the area.

Nothing to dislike

The hospitality of the owner was second to none. From the time we arrived until we left phillipo couldn't do enough for us. A total gentleman and complete professional. The lady cleaning the apartment came every day and kept the apartment immaculate for the full length of our stay. I would have absolutely no problem recommending phillipos to anyone. It lacks for nothing

Paid extra for air con which was not very effective. Shower area is tiny - but both of these issues are typical to accommodation in Greece so it did not spoil our stay.

Amazing location with the beach right on your doorstep. Use of the lovely pool was a bonus. Friendly host.

Good easy communication with Phillipos always available and helpful. Spotlessly clean large spacious studio with wonderful balconies and views of sea and mountains. Situated in a quiet area at the edge of the town yet within easy walking distance of the harbour and town centre. Comfortable beds and lovely continental breakfast served by Phillipos in the lovely garden adjacent to the pool. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t fault it

The owner Phillipo was extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely swimming pool and pool area which was kept lovely and clean. Property was close to the beach and all restaurants and bars. Great poolside amenities. Room was clean and very well maintained with a lovely view of the sea and mountains.

We had a fantastic view from our room. Phillipos was very friendly and helpful - our four year old daughter was besotted with him and she loved Ella the cat too. Good continental breakfast. The pool was fantastic and very clean accommodation.

These apartments are in an amazing location right by a beautiful beach. Simple furnishings but pool and bar area were really lovely. A quiet location but a short walk to the many restaurants and bars nearby. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay.

The water in the morning was not very hot,probably because the water heating is solar powered and the weather was not very good early in the season.
