Room smelled of smoke- despite the hotel is non-smoking- it is a big miss from the cleaning personel. As the hotel was fully booked I got another room which was set aside since it had a leak by the toilet, and they were not sure if the leak was fixed. I chose this option instead of staying in the smoke smelling room, and fortunalety the leak was fixed.

Great check in and help from front desk personel solving a problem with the room. Breakfast is excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect for catching a ferry the next morning.

Located near the port so really good for sleeping before or after a ferry ride. The room was very clean and comfortable, shower looked like it was recently renovated- very clean and in great condition. To board the ferries is either within a walking distance or a very short and cheap cab ride (depends on the dock the ferry departures from), which the staff at the reception kindly ordered for me

The windows are unable to block the noise from the street. There is no traffic, but there is an passage just by the side of the hotel people were hanging around talking loud until after midnight. I could hear everything from my room. The owners should invest in double glass windows to block noise. I found the breakfast overpriced. 11€ for instant coffee (no expresso), artificial juice and green bananas is way too much. They can improve it a lot. There's not too much pressure in the shower, it could be a bit better.

The hotel is being renovated so the rooms are modern and spacious. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance from the metro.

My only complaint is that the air conditioner didn't work, the controller did but the actual unit just didn't turn on at all

Beautiful and huge balcony, very clean hotel, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well as a fridge. Very close to the metro station (walkable even with bad knees and a big rucksack, from someone who always gets taxis) - literally around the corner.

There were no mosquito screens on the windows, I was eaten alive by the mosquitos during the night. A shower curtain would be also useful in the bathroom.

The bathroom was old designed and could be more ergonomic (more space in shower and place to store your stuff over the sink).

Great place to stay near Pireaus port. It's also close to city center and you have quite a few options for food, drinks or night life in walking distance. We've gotten an upgrade, so we had a fantastic view of the port from our room. The room was cozy, clean and the bed had a comfortable mattress.

Very small room this time.

We have stayed here many, many times and always enjoy it. We use it the night before travelling home to one of the islands. You always get a good breakfast.
