Great location right on the beach, well equipped rooms and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast included in the price. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants.

The doors of the rooms did not open properly and easily and general the photos do not correspond to reality. Although the building is newly built, the furniture and doors are quite damaged.

Excellent location in front of the beach. Friendly staff. The breakfast is borderline satisfactory to poor.

In general, the condition of the facilities was not great - considerable wear and tear. Furthermore, some of the issues were more fundamental, such as the poor design of the bathroom (hit my head in the shower, uncomfortable entry). For those planning a longer stay - breakfast is very much fixed.

Location was the main selling point, it is excellent right at the beach and at the heart of Masouri. Unfortunately, this is pretty much the only strong point.

We loved the friendly pool staff especially Nikos, he made the stay extra special as he has in previous years with his friendly chat and experience of the hotel and island. Location is spot on for being close to everything and easy to access the climbing areas as well as restaurants.

The coridors towards the rooms have really high humidity, and also had mold on the walls. I think the pool equipment is present there, hence the humidity. One of our rooms didn't have the laundry hanger. The ac was also a bit old and loud but works.

It was very nice that there were sunbeds available! Wonderful view as well. The rooms are large, we stayed as a family and it was quite good. It was also a nice thing to have a pool bar available.

No in room coffee / tea facilities. rooms are very basic. Breakfast was same menu every day. It would be nice to have a difference. In the room have water.

WiFi was a bit spotty and the room seem to take a bit of time to cool down

Perfect location that was within walking distance to a variety of restaurants/cafes and markets. Also loved the pools (in addition to the standard pool they also had a little one for young kids) and how convenient the access to the beach was. Also liked the fact that you could order food and drinks right from beach and the lounge chairs were available to all hotel guest.

The best view you can get if you have seaside view. Beach and facilities were great. Swimming pool is nice breakfast is Ok Many restaurants and shops nearby I really love Masouri and the hotel.

Service at the beach was useless. The waitress never came around and had a miserable attitude.
