Everything!! This property is absolutely stunning. From the view the design the location the modern style the location and most of all the staff I could not explain in words how beautiful the people are in and out and just overall a beautiful experience thank you for everything. This place has it all and was one of the most amazing experiences of my trip super comfortable too. Didn’t want to leave thanks again for everything will be back.

The complex was beautiful and modern, and also very close to the center of the island. The facilities were excellent, everything that was advertised was there and in perfect condition. The house and the entire complex were very clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the owners were always available to help and assist in anything! Overall could not find a single thing wrong!

Everything about this place was amazing! The location was stunning, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing getaway on the island. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The atmosphere was luxurious yet welcoming, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. I left feeling completely refreshed and happy — I would love to return!

EN - At first glance, there's nothing to say: the structure is visually appealing, modern, and seems to promise a luxurious experience. However, it's only when you scratch the surface that the real problems emerge, making it evident how poor the value for money is at this place. Let's start with the **cleanliness**. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned seemed to be the ideal playground for a colony of ants. Not a single corner of the room was safe from these tiny intruders, freely roaming both the furniture and the bathrooms. The carpets, on the other hand, seemed to have never encountered a vacuum cleaner: the accumulated dirt was not only visible but also palpable. Considering the cost of the room, one would expect at least a decent, if not impeccable, level of cleanliness. The **welcome service**? Well, calling it "poor" would be generous. The staff at the reception displayed a distant and disinterested attitude, almost as if our presence was more of a nuisance than a welcomed visit. Simple questions, like those about the hotel's services, were met with monosyllabic and unenthusiastic responses. This type of reception is not what one expects from a hotel that aims to position itself in the high-end market. Lastly, I must mention the **transfer service**, an experience bordering on a scam. We were charged 35 euros for a 2-minute car ride, which is absurd, even in a tourist location. It took us 7 minutes to walk the same distance. This episode confirmed my suspicion that the hotel is trying to squeeze every cent out of its guests without providing an adequate service in return. In conclusion, considering that we paid a significant amount for a room with a **view of the parking lot and road**, the experience was anything but positive. Unless you're willing to spend exorbitant amounts for mediocre service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel could improve significantly...

It had many problems. It's okay when you start a new accommodation, but why already rent it out when there is still so much stuff to be done? - We had some problems with the door. There was no doorknob so you had to close the door with the key in the door and then lock it. Which is fine if it worked, although it is weird to have a door without a doorknob in our opinion. The doors are made from some kind of wood that expands from heat. The problem we faced was that two times we were locked out of the apartment, because somehow the lock didn't close correctly, even if we put the key in the lock and then lock it. Although the owners of the apartment are very close by, this should not be happening. It is dangerous. What if there is a fire and you are locked inside? Cause it worked the same way when you are inside. This should be fixed before it can be rented to someone! The backdoor worked perfectly but we didn't get a key for that door when we arrived. We got that after one of the people who works with the owner broke the lock himself. It's a shame cause the apartment is very beautiful and you have so much space. - No fire extinguishers - The are still constructions going on and therefore there where still holes in the entrance way to the front door and back door. Very dangerous, especially in the night when there is not much light. - Many loose cables and small things that need to be fixed.

It was very modern with a nice atmosphere. It was very clean and a great location, on walking distance from the center of the town. Very spacious! The fact that even the closets had lamps was very fancy, and we had our own bathtub!
