Lovely apartment on the outskirts of Agios Nikolaus, close to a beach and tavernas and with its own pool. The apartment is on a hill above the beach so it is quiet despite being close to the amenities. We also loved the pool which is spotlessly clean and the view across the bay.

Wonderful pool and nearby is a great beach with free sunbeds. We had a spacious apartment which was cleaned every day. Owner happy to help with questions, even some free fruits for you to enjoy with the great views. :) Two tavernas and cafe at the beach, also market where you can get the essentials. You can walk to Agios Nikolaos via beach route in about 45min. Bus stop at the beach

Had an unforgettable holiday at poppy Villlas and highly recommend it aspecisly for families with kids. The apartment is spacious and gives a Greek feeling in its lovely authentic furniture. Beds are comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Nothing compares to the cinic view of the sea and the pool. We just loved sitting on balcony over looking the gorgeous view. Pool was fabulous. Amazing Beach in walking distance. Small supermarket snd a few tavernas also in short walking distance. Had marvelous holiday thanks to this great place.

The apartament has its own terrace very nice with plenty of place to enjoy a nice breakfast .or admire the view. We had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the location is vis a vis to a blue flag beach. The pool was great for my 5yo but also the parents.

There was not a thing we didn't like.

We loved everything here. The accomodation was well equipped and clean, the villas were in excellent location with a stunnig view, beautiful and well maintained garden and swimming pool and it is literally 3 minutes walking from the amazing sandy beach with crystal clear water. Special thank for our host who was very attentive during our whole stay. We would be always happy to return here :)

Lovely Greek style accommodation, plenty of room with a great pool, host was great and serviced the villa every day !!! The beech and a couple of Tavernas are 2 minutes' walk away. You need a car to get around.

Nothing. The villa is on a hill with either steps or driveway to beach/small resort. Only 2 tavernas and a poorly stocked supermarket in the resort. However there are buses into Agios Nikolaos, taxi for 10E or it's a 45 minute walk.

Lovely property with amazing views from room terrace and pool area. Cleaned daily to a high standard. Were upgraded to a larger room just for the 2 of us. Plenty of cooking facilities, bath with shower over and tv. Extremely friendly and helpful family.

A beautiful villa and superbly clean, set in lovely gardens and a welcoming and very clean pool area. Wonderful views from the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and bay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. View was beautiful. Close to Agios Nikolaos, Elounda and Plakas. A visit to Spinalonga is a must.

The 2-bedroom villa we stayed in was absolutely fantastic - very spacious, bedroom & dining room overlooking the pool & sea. Location is excellent - 50 meters from the local beach (where there are also restaurants & a minimart) and 7 minutes drive to Voulisma beach. Excellent pool - at least 20m long, very clean, with killer view over the sea - kids loved it.

Furnishings are a bit dated, but comfortable and sufficient for an extended stay.

Great views of the bay and Agios Nikolaos from the pool area. Pool was clean and refreshing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. This is a family run business, and a great value. The beach is a short walk away, and you can spend all day at the restaurant under the shade of the trees with the sand and sea a few steps away.

Excellent location, some way out of the overcrowded city of Agios Nikolaous. Facilities for cooking if necessary. Good sized pool, and well kept grounds, overlooking the sea. The accomodation is well spaced out, so no noise from neighbours. We full recommended this property.

The bathroom could use a facelift, we stayed in the two bedroom apartment ground floor.

Lovely property, very clean and well-kept gardens with lots of flowers, lemon trees and other beautiful plants. Nice beach just down the stairs. Agios Nikolaos just a few minutes drive away with many restaurants and port if you’re looking for a day on the sea. Overall strong recommendation!

Some challenges with the bathroom. Taking a shower resulted in flooding the bathroom floor (plumbing design issues?). Moreover, flushing water device in the toilet could have worked better - we experienced problems to press the button / lever, which had the tendency to get stuck in the lowest position.

Convenient time-slot for checking in and out. Nice swimming pool. Private terrace to sit outdoor. An apartment with two bedrooms and a living room; the rooms were clean. Mosquito nets in all windows. The kitchen equipped with things needed for a few-day stay. Proximity to the town and great beaches. Parking lot.

The buildings are very old. My apartment and the one next to me had plumbing problems. As a result we didn't bathe for a day and a half. The toilet wasn't available as well. The owner didn't even apologise and just commented "these things happen"!!! Overrated for the asking price!!! Too much overrated!!!! (The problem was fixed the next day by a plumber but still the "salt treatment" was a bit too much)
