It could be better if the rooms had shower instead of bath tub

The staff is awesome but in two occasions we felt a bit invaded, as they entered the room directly without notice. Their intentions were good but privacy is important, so preserving that privacy in those two occasions is the only constructive feedback I can give

The place is very nice, the facilities are super clean, modern, comfortable and cozy. The food at the restaurants is really good, there is a lot of food options included in the All Inclusive package, together with a really nice selection of cocktails or alcohol in general. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond with their service and helped us a lot during our stay. I would definitely come back to this hotel

I cannot put into words how wonderful our stay was - the staff were incredibly attentive especially the chef who would make us a special meal every evening and bring this to us personally. The hotel is beautiful, we cannot fault our stay.

It is not ALL inclusive, other board types were available so you had to give you room number with each drink and food service and many items were not available in all inclusive in the other restaurants. The drinks selection is also limited, I would not mind having local spirits if it meant there was more available. And the inclusiveness stopped at 11 at which point the resort became deserted. Staff also had favourites, if you had been there before and were a returning customer there was definitely different treatment, after we were there for a week some of the staff recognised us as being there longer and gave a better service, but there was a noticeable difference in service. The entertainment was very minimal, there were some live signers a few nights, but this was very low key, all other nights were DJ's, but this was very much in the background in whichever bar you were in.

Pool was beautiful and there were always sunbeds available. There was always a great selection of food and the themed nights were very goods, compliments to the Chef ! The rooms were aways very well maintained and clean. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with welcome drinks and some food was brought to the room. Special thanks must go to Philip in the Cibus bar, we spent most evenings here in the end, he was wonderfully attentive and gave many suggestions as a result of his experience, the stay would not have been the same without him.

We were a group of 4 people. It was difficult to find a space around the pool bar where 4 people could sit together.

Lots of space all around the hotel grounds. The Main pool and secondary pool were great and the sunbeams were very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and we ate in the Italian restaurant twice, where the food was very good. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. A very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay.

The location.

The hotel staff were not only pleasant but also highly informative, providing valuable information as needed. Both the public spaces and the room were maintained impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel's high standards of hygiene. The food served was of excellent quality, contributing to an overall satisfying stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a comprehensive app that centralised all necessary information which I found to be extremely convenient.

Difficulties with having the mini fridge refilled regularly. However, all the bars provided us with the water we needed.

It was our 5th visit. The staff are the best - friendly, conscientious, caring, helpful. Our room was kept very clean daily. The pool, the beach, the site - everything was perfect. The dining room offers something for every one, even the most picky. We have and will recommend that resort to all our friends.

Please keep in mind that this is nitpicking! We were placed near the neighboring hotel, where the music was very loud every evening. It's worth mentioning that they also stopped almost exactly at 10 PM, but still. As beaches in Greece are not privatized, families with children were also at 'our' beach. This is not a negative aspect, but it's worth noting that it can happen. There is no official hotel parking lot; you have to find a parking spot. However, there were always parking spaces available, some closer and some farther away. Note: Although we paid for an all-inclusive package, not everything was included at the à la carte restaurant. However, the selection was still extensive. Second note: When entering the seawater, there are pebbles up to larger stones.

The service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly. The food in the a la carte restaurant was also delicious. There were always plenty of beach loungers available that were very comfortable. Everything was clean.

very nice room, very clean, breakfast and dinner are really great, very good quality, the hotel complex is very clean and looks very nice, the Yoga hours are very good, the Yoga teacher is excellent, hotel and restaurant service both were very good, wonderful live piano music at dinner, it is a quiet place, just perfect for relaxing vacation

- They say the mini bar is expected to be updated every 2 days but in reality it's being updated by request - Many services which are mentioned at the page on Booking without "additional cost" remark are not free even with the all-include package - The biggest disappointment for me was that they declare that smoking is allowed only in special places. In reality people were smoking everywhere. The hotel stuff even provides you an ashtray in a restaurant and put one in the room. My wife is allergic to smoke and she was happy to know there would be no smoke around when we were booking the hotel. So I'd suggest not to mention it anywhere in order not to mislead people. The same goes for the previous point

- The hotel isn't huge which is great because it's never overcrowded - The hotel stuff try their best to be as nice as possible and make your stay comfortable. The most of the stuff really speaks several languages and they even can initiate a small talk - For dinner you can order food in the restaurant way. You make an order and get freshly cooked food - The quality of food was really great. The variety is great as well. Greek/Italian kitchen, Turkish sweets and many other stuff. I've just really enjoyed it - They have a mobile app where you can check all of the services they provide as well as the menu which is very convenient - Adults only speaks for itself. No kids - super quite. Also I liked there were no music or loud announcements during the day. It helps to relax - The view from the room was great. The place is very close to the beach. The beach zone of the hotel has much better equipment than the rest of the beach - The pools look much better than on the photos. Just marvelous

an excellent breakfast, very nice maintained beach, great bar by the main pool. Staying in a junior suite with a private pool wasn't cheap, but it was worth it. It was money very well spent! In the vicinity of the hotel great restaurants with excellent Greek cuisine and sea food (Ouzaki, Kapari)

Everything was PERFECT! Great location, great staff. Perfect for couples that wants a short getaway. The price in the bars and resturants are very fair, and cant wait to comeback!

The lady who runs the Italian restaurant was not really nice and we had to wait quite some time to receive the food (and get the menus) but she later came to apologize and tried to be nice so we appreciated that. There were also some problems with our room like the fact that the AC all of a sudden stopped working and the water pressure in the shower was really low but the hotel fixes such issues quite fast and it didn't really affect our experience. The lunch and dinner were unfortunately quite disappointing although we nonetheless really recommend the hotel :)

The room, the hotel and the pool are beautiful and very comfortable and comforting! The breakfast was really good and the staff was very nice. There is a nice street with cute shops and a very good Greek restaurant right near the hotel. In general, we were really satisfied and happy with the booking :)

a lot of guests leave their towls all day long on the swimming pool chairs, even though they are not there for long hours, so there is never anough place to seat. in other places that i have been to, there was a law that you cannot do it for more than one hour.

The resort has a private beach which is comfortable and clean. 2 swimming pools . high qaulity. good food
