Perfect hotel, perfect infinity pool, perfect sunset view… what more could you ask for? The staff were beyond amazing — extremely helpful and attentive. On our honeymoon, we didn’t have to think about a single thing; they arranged everything for us, even the activities outside the hotel. Keep in mind that this hotel is located right on the cliffside, in the very front row overlooking the caldera with stunning views. Make sure to meet the staff at the designated pick-up point they provide, otherwise carrying heavy luggage up the steep hill can make for a tough start.

I don’t have any dislikes, but you should consider that it has a lot of stairs. Santorini in general has a lot of stairs, but this specific hotel has like a lot of stairs, It wasn’t an issue for us but you should know.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and nice people. Breakfast was absolutely delicious it was served in our room, They also gave us so much advice to how to spend our time there. they helped us to carry our bags all the way down to our room and all the way up when we left. And of course the star of the show was Mike their barman, he gave us a lot of suggestions for places to eat and places to go to also make sure we have bottle of wine for our honeymoon. Overall, an amazing stay.

Every single staff member was amazing. If I could write a review about all of them personally, I would. Every staff member went above and beyond and was so kind. Breakfast was spectacular!! So delicious and good variety. Also, this hotel has the best sunset/caldera view. Truly breathtaking. Overall, this hotel is easily a 10/10. If I come back to Santorini, I will definitely be staying here again.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The location was incredible, the room was beautiful and clean, breakfast on our balcony in the morning was so delicious and the staff… so friendly and helpful! We booked our transfers through the hotel which meant they also helped with our bags. Couldn’t recommend more highly. We will be back next year!

Porto Fira always hold a special place in our heart. This is the hotel we spent our honeymoon in Santorini 20 years ago. We’re back here again to celebrate our 20th Anniversary and it’s honestly such a special feeling. The team here went above and beyond to welcome us — I was genuinely surprised and touched by their warmth. The room and the breakfast were fantastic! I love everything there. They made our 20th wedding anniversary so special and unforgettable! I hope we will be back in sometime in the future! This hotel is right on the cliffs and absolutely stunning! Note, TONS of stairs so beware! Breakfast served in our room. Delicious! Super friendly & very helpful staff! Great location. Great view. Steps away from the action. Note, make sure the property handles your taxi to/from the airport or port. You will have to have their staff handle your bags as the hotel is on the cliff & the taxi isn't able to drive right to the property.

EVE-RY-THING. From start to finish, our stay at Porto Fira Suites was amazing. The view from our room was gorgeous, and we loved relaxing down at the pool when we needed a break. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and the drinks and view at the bar were great! We never got used to all of the stairs, but the views were so worth it. The ENTIRE staff, from luggage handlers to bartenders to reception and management were absolutely fantastic and we were so sad to have to say goodbye! When I return to Santorini, I will for sure stay at Porto Fira again!!!
