    (1) The guys at the restaurant could be much faster and organized! We've been served by the restaurant manager - young and very nice guy - if you have troubles finding a waiter - just ask him. (2) The minibar in the room was empty. (3) Poor choice for dinner. Slight variety and almost no options for vegetarians (they put beacon even in the scramble eggs for breakfast and in most salads). No "themed events" and "show cooking" as it was described we stayed 3 night including the weekend). (4) It's ridiculous to pay 7€/day for the sunbed on the beach in 5-star hotel when paying 120€ per night and you buy drinks from hotel's bar when on that beach.

Great location with incredible sea view. The staff was great and very kind, and Nikolay was very helpful. I've got free sea view upgrade but unfortunately the king size bed was replaced by two single beds.

The hotel is overpriced for the facilities and the meals it offers, the breakfast and dinners while having a big variety, were lacking good quality of food and fresh genuine mediterranean taste and flavor. The rooms in the main building are small, nothing to compare with the photo posted on the website when we booked. The only amazing thing is the beach and the sea. The beach and bathroom towels are very thin and old, almost get shreded at edges. The sewage at the bathroom was smelling.

The beach was amazing , maybe the most wonderful waters in northern greece.location is exceptional. Clean bed sheets. Very helpful personel.. the service at the beach was exceptional and very professional.

There were muskitos at the evenings.

It is very quiet place, very nice sand beach with calm and clean sea waters. No facilities for walking or bucking. On Sundays the beach is overcrowded but still fine. Good food, very nice terass at the restaurant with a nice sea view. In general, relaxing holidays.

There is no enough places for parking inside resort; also there is only one bar by the pool, no beach bar and no cofee bar in a hotel (there is very nice terrace, but onlyfor meals, empty between meals. Also no some places nearby where you can walk, a little isolated place.

The food has been re-used from previous days and it was obvious. Also the restaurants open for lunch at 1.00PM which is very late - for families with kids this is not an option because it is very late.

If you go by car there are some places to eat dinner arround the village( posseidon tavern, vasilas, marina sea food tavern) -very old room with bad smell inside, the water from utilities smells bad -parking places. They dont assure you a parking place. You have to manage yourself -you have to pay for sunbeds -sunbeds not comfortable -

    - There is no internet available in the rooms of the hotel, only in the Bungalows. - The dinner quality is not so good, except 1 evening when they gave a lot of fish. The breakfast is everyday the same but the breakfast quality is much better then the diner. Diner was usually cheaper food like lots of salad, pork and pasta and potatoes. - Main problem is the number of sunbeds at the pool. They have only 20 sunbeds. I seriously do not understand why just few sunbeds are available. I guess they want to push the guests to the beach where you pay 7 euro per day for 2 sunbeds. I find paying extra 7 euro for 2 sunbeds per day expensive. It should be included in the price. - The bungalow 701 had a funny smell in the room. After cleaning the gutter in the shower the smell remained in the room. It was the smell of an old apartment or humidity or an insecticide used, so we could not stay at the bungalow and shifted to the hotel room. The person handling this shift, a gentlemen, was extremely rude at the reception. He told us in a very insisting and rude voice to stay in the bungalow and claimed there was no hotel room available to shift since the hotel was fully booked, which was not true because 30 minutes later a nice lady Penny from reception told us she had a sea-view room available for 2 days foe us. I seriously don't understand why the gentlemen was not showing any type of interest to cooperate with the problem. All thanks to Miss Penny here!! - The hotel rooms are fine, only the towels are sometimes not changed which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. - It is also weird they have a main bar in the hotel but there is never a bar tender: you have to go outside to the pool level and take a drink from the outside bar. - The evenings are extremely boring because only 1 night we got entertainment from a singer. In the area is not so much to do.

This is a well maintained hotel. It is not exactly a 5-star hotel, but you can see the owner likes the hotel in good condition. Most of the personnel is very friendly. The beach is very nearby and the sea is very clean and blue and the sand is nearly white even. I would say it is a pleasant 4 star hotel to stay at with good breakfast and nice pool and garden. At check out they gave us a small bottle of Ouzo.

-The front desk have to be improved, due to the approach and availability of the staff. A 5 stars hotel needs a concierge office. Also the staff in the restaurant should be trained - if you are going to organize excursions have to do everything yourself (from a 5 star hotel we expect a dedicated customer service) - WiFi very very very slow - sometime it has bad smell in bathroom( only shower) due to the pipes. - would be nice to offer a bar service on the beach

    - Good choice of dishes at breakfast with a vast selection of hot and cold food - Excellent dinner self service choices. - Spacious apartment for a family, - location at 50m on the beach - lovely sunset view from restaurant

To think over to put the mosquito net on the balcony door, in spite we did not get many of them (maybe just one or two), but it will be very nice to keep the door open for the fresh air.

Hotel staff is very cooperative, especially Ms. Penny Salonikidou. All of them are very friendly and very understanding. Rooms are clean and spacious (bungalows and main building, too). The beach is just in front of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner are well organized and with delicious assortment of food, sweets as well. Air condition is functioning well. The WiFi is functioning even on the beach. Would come again, and for sure to recommend to others, particularly for family with children, even babies.

The hotel claims to be a 5 star hotel, but it is NOT. However, both service and accommodation is good for Greek standards and significantly better to other "4/5 Star" hotels I have stayed in the Halkidiki area. The hotel's Wi-Fi is free, but accessible ONLY in the reception / lobby area, which can be crowded at times, especially in the evening. The hotel is couple of miles from the nearest village / shops, it runs a mini market but it is very expensive. Hotel guests have to pay for the use of the sunbeds and sun umbrellas on the beach (the sunbeds by the pool are free though).

The hotel complex is located on a sandy beach with crystal clear waters & beautiful sunsets, one of the best in Halkidiki. Room was spacious & very clean with linen and towels changed daily. Despite the lack of a kids club, the hotel offers quality accommodation in a family friendly environment where kids can play and make new friends with minimal parental supervision. My ten year old daughter loved it as she spent most of her day at the pools, the beach and she managed to make lots of friends. The typical guests seem to be affluent families with young kids of Greek, Western and Eastern European / Balkan origin that tend return every year.

You have to pay separately for an umbrella and a sun bed each day, 7eur. Not so much but not convenient to think about each day. There is no possibility to walk around as the road is full of traffic and too narrow. However it was fine with the parking places. There are places to go by car and to walk.

Location, services, politeness of the staff. Very calm and clean place. The guests were from different nationalities, no extreme concentration of one nationality, Russians for example.

Very weak internet but hopefully you don't go on your holidays to sit at your pc/tablet/phone. Paid sun beds on the beach - it's a shame because it is a private beach. Water not included for the diner (half board)

Beach: Wide, a strip of 2 meters of gravel before entering the sea but no problem to cross it barefoot. Sea: incredible! Standing in 1.7m of sea water you could see the sea floor; another strip of gravel and then sand on the seafloor. Food: incredible half board - always something new, always great from entrees to deserts - highly recomended! Rooms - big, very well maintained, cleaning done every day. Staff - nice, wanting to help with what they can.

One picturesque outside lift like funicular but when broken you walk uphill with sleeping child in hand. They could have at least a golf cart.
