The villa was amazing. On top of the mountain with the sea view. Very spacious and homelike. If you are looking for peace and quiet its amazing. just under was one of the top beaches in Tinos. The host was exceptionally helpful for all of our needs, he was more than great.

Nothing - everything was great.

The location of the villa and the view was stunning. We just could not get enough of the view of the Aegean from the balocny of the villa and the pool. The property is located Very close to Kardiani Village , which is a very picturesque stone village. Additionally the villa is located to Kalivia beach - super clear waters and famous restaurant Ntinos. Host George did everything for us and when above and beyond for our every need. Would like to return again

A short trip for work that quickly became a relaxing getaway. Enjoying a glass of wine from my balcony watching the sunset is a memory i cannot unsee! The villa itself is new, the pool huge and everything was even better than in the pictures. Many thanks to everyone for making this trip so worthy

Nothing really, we just hoped to be there during summer season

We were in Tinos off season for business, and this was the best couple of days we could have wished for! The villa is brand new, with a cozy traditional style. The patio provides some breathtaking sunset views and we all enjoyed our early dinner gazing at the sea. The property is peacefully located a couple of minutes outside Kardiani village so we were on our own but still close to restaurants, grocery etc. We will definitely be coming back for more!

If only the weather was a bit warmer so that we could enjoy the pool!

The only problem with the property, which made our whole experience sour, is that it is built in some sort of a wind vortex. There is nothing else around it (buildings or trees). All 5 days we spent in Tinos, there were fairly strong winds (45-55km per hour according to the weather app). That didnt prevent us from enjoying the villages and beaches around the island. But it did prevent us from enjoying the place we stayed at. It was not pleasant to sit in the otherwise lovely terrace. You opened the front door and it could hit you in the face if you were not careful. I am not exaggerating. I have videos of our car door slamming shut by the wind. I had to help my wife get in and out of the car whilst at the property. Only at the property. Everywhere else on the island was fine. I've never experienced this before. We got lucky only on one evening when the wind subsided for a couple of hours and we enjoyed being at the terrace and took some amazing pictures of the sunset. I would never stay there again, as cycladic wind can be even stronger than that, so it would be pot luck staying there.

The property itself is nice and has all facilities advertised. Has great unobstructed views of the sea in the distance.

Two of the three bedrooms are located in the basement, with no door leading to the exterior area. The dishes were very dirty, and we had to wash everything ourselves. We also found hair in the shower. The apartment is older and not well-maintained. Both toilet seats were broken, the shutters were loose and noisy, one of the AC units was making noise, the showers had mold, and one door leading to the balcony wasn’t functional.

The location is perfect and offers breathtaking views. The swimming pool is a good size and shape. The management company in Athens and the contact person on the island were very polite, responsive and helpful with all our complaints. We were lucky not to have anyone in the apartment next door, so we had both privacy and the pool all to ourselves.

Unprofessional host. Several examples: 1. We had to re-wash everything in the kitchen as kitchenware was dirty with stains of cheese and other food from former guests. 2. We had to buy our own cutting-board, knife, dishwasher tablets, etc. We also didn't have have a pan in the kitchen. 3. Bathroom had bad smell, toilet seat is a bit broken. The drain was full of hair from former guests. 4. Electricity has many cuts and jumps, each time for not more than few seconds, except one time we suddenly had really low light for about an hour. 5. The host didn't provide more than few toilet paper rolls. When we asked for more they said "no". After we insisted, they gave us 8 more rolls (for 5 people / 4 more days). 6. They closed our complex's swimming pool for the season before the dates described on their profile, and they told us about it the evening before our arrival. 3 different workers gave me 3 different reasons for this ("due to maintenance", "season is over", and I kid you not: "because of wind"). At least two are lying. 7. One of our showers did not work for about half of our time there. It took the host 2 days to bring a plumber to fix it. The villa has lots of potential! but somebody runs it awfully bad. The worker there, Louisa, is very nice though!
