the breakfast... didn't know immediately that there were coffee and eggs made to order. also the food was always the same options and not very good quality unfortunately. the rooms were so small you can't exercise inside. property was lacking something to compensate it..like yoga mats to be used outside.

The location of the hotel is just outside the town of Chania (10mins drive), for me this was perfect. The hotel has a high view point looking out over the sea, mountains, peninsula and an island off the coast. Amazing views of the sun setting can be seen if you have a sea view apartment. Breakfast was simple and tasty with freshly cooked eggs on request. The menu for evening food that we had was very good value for money and I would definitely recommend checking it out before venturing out for other food. In the room, the beds were comfortable and the shower very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved everything about this hotel. The view over the bay, the breakfast and food (great Greek dishes) the friendly and polite staff. It's a family owned business and it shows they care about it. You feel very welcome.

Our first time to stay since Covid and the room upgrades are amazing. The bedrooms are beautiful and super comfortable. The owners and all their team are just great. They have a genuine interest in their guests and making them feel comfortable. The breakfast is lovely and you always get a friendly greeting. Their evening meals are to a very high standard. Hope to back again in 2024. Keep doing what you are doing it’s great.

Everything was exceptional!

Everything!! This is a very lovely family run hotel. First of all we loved service and people who are behind this service, they were extremely nice, helpful and enthusiastic about their job, especially big thanks to Georgios. When we arrived we asked to change the room for the better view and they quickly rearranged everything so that we have the room we wanted. The room was very clean, the view was amazing! It changed the atmosphere everyday when we saw turquoise water from our balcony. Every morning we were excited to have breakfast because of food and the place where it was organized. We had dinner once and everything was delicious, especially oven cooked feta. We didn't use the swimming pool but it seemed very nice and clean with stunning sea view. The hotel has a beautiful garden and it felt that they took a great care of every plant. Amazing experience overall, thank you again and we wish you the best!

Sea view from balcony was sensational. Room size is small but really well appointed so not an issue for us. Food impeccable, breakfast was lovely, and poolside meals / drinks well priced, and very good quality. Staff are friendly, efficient, and we felt well looked after and relaxed the whole holiday.

Nothing, we enjoyed everything.

We liked everything about our stay. The hotel is newly renovated and very clean, both in the rooms and in common areas. It has an amazing pool overlooking the sea, which is accessible easily through a staircase. The staff is excellent, they are always available to provide the best experience to everyone. We also tried the restaurant and the bar service where food and cocktails were very good and accessible. The hotel is located just 20 minutes outside Chania and within 1.30h of the most famous beaches of Crete, which is an amazing pro.

It didn’t bother us at all but those with mobility problems should beware the hilltop location. There are handy steps to ground level but it would be a tough walk back up for some.

The hotel is on a hill and has sweeping views across Stalos and the bay out to sea. The building has been set up to maximise that aspect. Amazing sunsets. In terms of the hospitality, we couldn’t have asked for more. The rooms, pool, communal areas and restaurant are spotlessly clean and the atmosphere is convivial and warm - it is obvious the Renieris is a family business run with care. The breakfast has something for everyone and the food available to buy from the pool bar is both good and a very reasonable cost. Can’t recommend it highly enough - we would absolutely stay again if we return to Crete.

The hotel is located on top of a small hill in Stalos providing a unique view over the Mediterranean sea and Crete. The breakfast is magnificent, a lot of variety from fruits, yogurt, bread, pancakes and else, and one can enjoy a wonderful sea view from the breakfast room! Everyone is very kind and the hotel is lovely!

All was perfect.

We had really great experience with this hotel! Perfectly clean, modern, they have so friendly staff. It was very silent and rooms are very good isolated. The view from the room is amazing. Beach is only 5mins away by foot and the bus station also. From there you can go to Chania in 15-20mins. Breakfast offer is really wide and for everybody there is something to find. Hotel bar restaurant works also all day long, so you can come over for lunch or dinner under very good prices and food was nice. We really liked the area also. Alltogether we bring very good impressions from this vacation!

It was difficult to drive to the hotel. The roads are very narrow and if another car is coming from the opposite direction it's very difficult to get through. I guess because it'd very close to the restaurants and cafes, we disregardedthe issue

The whole experience was good, the pool was beautiful and clean,! Also their breakfast is one of the best I have seen.
