Located in the quiet green alley, close to the beach, close to the main streets, close to bus stations for buses that takes you to Rhodos Town and Lindos, close to AB Supoermarket (best supermarket close by). Large, comfy sunny patio, comfy beds, very good internet, kitchen was fully equiped, bathroom was nice looking and water pressure strong, place was funcitional, excelent value! NIce Host-Owner Dimitris, his Son and the Housekeeper lady Vaso.

The beds were not super comfortable but that was ok. What I found very weird is that one morning the heard the owner outside our door, speaking loudly and knocking on the door hard of another customer, which woke us up. He was telling them to go out before checkout time in an assertive way. That was interesting because in his office there was a post on the window that said if you want to stay longer you pay. I believe there should be other ways to communicate check in and check out. He also kept asking us when we will leave whenever he saw us. Another thing I found odd is that the cleaning lady tried to enter our room while we were inside using her key. She knocked the door, yes, but did not give enough time before going ahead and just started using her key. So I opened the door, she took the garbage out.

The location is perfect, very close to restaurants and coffee places and the beach, walking distance. If you have a car, you can find a spot to park as well. The air conditioner in the room worked very well. We have a little balcony which was nice to hang out at night. The place was clean.

The shower has no wall or shower-curtain so that when we take a bath, the entire bathroom will be wet. We had two beds next to each other instead of a double bed. The kitchen has no more than 2 forks, spoon, plate etc for the two of us - if you want to cook more than basic things (hamburger, eggs, sausage etc) then I think it won’t be equipped enough. For simple dishes it is completely suitable.

Great place to stay. Dimitri was an excellent host, Susanna was very helpful with a date change I needed, and Vicky is the perfect cleaner - quiet and not too early. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

The kitchen is really essential, so ideal just for really simple meal preparations. The night life in Faliraki is pretty noisy, so it might be disturbing for light sleepers (even though the acusting insulation of the flat is pretty good).

The building is in a really central position, everything wothin walking distance. The apartment has all the essential and the balcony offers a good space for eating and drying clothes. Not luxurious, but good value for what you pay.

i know its not a hotel, but a little brooming once in 2-3 days wouldn't hurt anyone. as it is a summer holiday you always bring some sand into the rooms, i would even do it myself if I had utilities...anyway fresh towels every day, which I appreciate. shower head would welcome replacing and it was splashing all around the bathroom.

great location close to everywhere, Michalis was nice and helpful, always ready to give you some advice. comfy bed and enough space for clothes in the wardrobe. tiny little cute kitchen nicely done, that was just enough for whatever you need during the stay.

Mosquitos. There is a small river near by and they come by main door space or bathroom window. Wifi is not great if you work remotely but will be ok if you want to do simple browsing. Ask for room Near reception.

Mid April is still kinda chilly at night, so I had to warm up the place with air conditioning. The water was running cold on the 3rd morning, but it got OK again by the evening. I had two rather chatty neighbours who spoke loudly well into the nighf on the balcony next to mine.

It was close to the center and the beach, but enough away from the hustle od the night life. WiFi was excellent. It was spotless clean and the balcony door had a protective net against mosquitoes. The owner kindly let me store my luggage in the office untill I left town.

Location has some downside - you can hear parties from nearest restaurants, often till 2-3 in the morning. Kitchen is very small and it's a bit of a challenge to cook anything with more than 3 ingredients. Also kitchen utensils could get an upgrade. Bathroom doesn't have any shower curtain so subsequently whole floor is wet. Also some towels have seen better days and were due for replacement.

We got a room on ground level, with one double size bed and AC. Localized near Faliraki center, just a stone toss from main party street with pubs, clubs and restaurants, and a short walk from beaches and port. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every day around 11-12. Owner and his son are very welcoming and friendly. When asked if we can leave our luggage somewhere because we had whole day until our flight, they gave us a temp room at other hotel, so we can enjoy our last day on the beach and take a shower after. Highly recommend if you're looking for a clean room, with good location and killer price/quality ratio.

When we arrived we were placed in family app in the ground floor, but after 3 nights we moved to the room we reserved. It wasn't a big problem, but it's good to know so you don't get surprised.

Perfect location, 5 min walk to the beach, tavernas, bars, big supermarket nearby, but quite anyway. Cleaning and changing towels everyday. Nice balcony, great view, ideally for morning coffee.
