We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Aqua Marine Villa. The villa itself was stunning, beautifully designed, comfortable, and truly exceeded our expectations. What made the experience even more special was the staff! They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Every interaction was warm and genuine, and they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at the property for 4 days and our whole stay was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and very nicely decorated. The suite had an AC in each room which was needed for August. The music in the pool area was such a vibe, too! Lastly, Katsaboo, the onsite restaurant is delicious, and delivers fresh food and amazing drinks. But most importantly, the staff at this hotel is incredible. They couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. It is a family owned and operated resort and you can see how important service is to the team. George, Ana, Maria, Elizabeth, the list goes on. Wonderful people, wonderful place, and I truly hope to be back again one day!

Location was perfect. A ten minute walk into Fira. Staff were so helpful, in particular Bobby the driver, Anna in the restaurant and Maria at reception. All the other staff members were really friendly and helpful but these were the ones I dealt with the most. They really are a credit and do everything to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Just a beautiful place to stay and would go back without hesitation.

Friendly staff, both at the hotel and associated restaurant, Katsaboo. Restaurant food amazing. Clean, very nice room. Good location, just a short walk to the city center. View of the sunrise.

United KingdomI have few comments for the hotel staff, and it could be great if you guys can pay attention to it for future customers. 1. First off all, I’m single traveler, and I like some privacy and peace. I booked room with private territory and jacuzzi. But, when I tried to turn on the jacuzzi, the jets of water were so strong and shot so high that they filled half of the room with water. 2. As I mentioned, I booked room with private territory, where was table outside with sofas and cushions. I planned to drink coffee there every morning. But, every single day ( I’ve stayed there for 3 nights) some of the staff been sitting there, eating their food, drinking coffee, chatting with each other, and speaking so loudly. All windows are faced this private area, so, basically, I had to put all curtains down, every time, to have some privacy. Plus the staff has their storage room just behind your bathroom, and at 8 am, they are starting their work, so as you can get, you will not have quite space there. 3. I came for short birthday holiday to this hotel, and I mentioned about this a couple of times. When I did my check in, the lady who’s been working on the reception that day, told me that she will do something special for my birthday. I didn’t ask her about it, but she offered to do some surprise for me, so I’m gladly said that it will be very nice and sweet. In fact, when my birthday came, nothing happened. No one even said “Happy birthday “ to me. So, why you telling your customers stuff like this? If you promise something, people probably expecting at least greeting card or something. I would understand that if it was busy. Cause everyone can forget something if there a lot of customers. But there were just few rooms booked that time. 4. The offering 30% for restaurant for food and drinks, but in fact, for the drinks you have to pay full price.
Location and view was great! Close to the center of Thira. Nice restaurant by the hotel, and the ladies who are working at restaurant were very friendly and sweet to me. When I said that it’s my birthday they brought me a delicious piece of cheesecake with candle and it was very nice and kind of them
