The TV was not a smart TV and only had a few English speaking channels.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We were a two minute walk to the main street. We had a lovely balcony with the sun all day and we enjoyed the pool facilities. The staff were very accommodating.

Our stay was great! Just two things could be improved: 1. The in-room safe is a lightweight, tabletop unit, so it could be carried off whole. 2. A box of tissues was not provided.

Our room was quiet and comfortable. The mini fridge kept everything very cold. The hotel is in a very quiet location, but close to the city center. The property is maintained very well. We feel that this hotel is a great value!

Space for store our clothes is not enough. Should be more places to hang towels and to organize clothes. Also the bathroom doesn't have a shower door, and the bathroom stay all wet after the shower. Just this 2 things. Overall was a good experience.

If I have to say something is the low pressure of the water in the shower but I guess it’s a common problem in the island

While there is an electric tea/coffee maker in the rooms, the hotel does not have any catering facilities. But the proximity to the local shops and restaurants means that you can walk to a food and beverage spot in less than 2 minutes. The walk from the main road to the hotel is an easy downward walk but people with walking problems may find the walk upwards to the main road a little strenuous, especially with luggage.

The hotel is is a little off the main road in Fira, in a residential locality, about 2 minutes walk from the local Macdonalds and many shops. So, no sound of traffic, and little to no pollution. We got an upgrade for our room, and it was extremely spacious, as was the bathroom. The main city bus stand (from where we took our bus to the port) was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The folks at the front office reception were very helpful and the hotel also provides a free pickup from the airport, for stays of 2 nights and more.
