Sunbeds are limited and there are people always but their beach towels to occupy the sunbed but not coming for quite long time. Facilities are old.

The location was really good, right at the beach. It is easy to go back to the room to take a shower. Breakfast was okay. Staff are helpful.

- The gym old and damaged facilities made it basically unpractical. - I didn't like the concept that the very basic drinks such as a Mojito or a cappuccino were not included in the all inclusive package and one had to pay extra to have them. - The hotel is split into a part next to the beach and a part on the other side of the street. They are connected by a tunnel which goes underneath the street. The part near the beach is narrow and therefore the rooms facing the sea are close to the street from behind. The insulation is not very good, therefore you hear a lot of noise such has huge motorbikes in the middle of the night that wake you up. - The AC was not strong enough to cope with the heat of July. It would take hours until the room cool off. - The quality of the all-inclusive included house wines that we were offered at the restaurant were all terrible (rose, white and red). They should really see into offering something better. They don't need to be pricey to taste good. My tip to managers: Just use Vivino app and offer any cheap option above 4 in rating. - There were mosquito showing up as the sun was going down and one could not enjoy outdoor very much. - We expected variety of Greek edibles at the restaurant such as feta cheese and olive and olive oil and etc, but only basics were provided. In the grill section mainly pork was served which is the cheapest option in our opinion.

- Definitely the beach was the most important highlight, the silkiest sand I have ever experienced. The waster was shallow for a long distance making it perfect for kids to play. Very low waves, so we were allowed to go to the sea all the days during our stay. - Nice swimming pools - Nice beach-bar and pool-bar both included in all-inclusive. - Abundant variety of food in the restaurant - Michael at the main bar was the nicest staff in the hotel and he's quite an asset. We really enjoyed his company during our stay.

Our room was v small. Double bed pushed against a wall. Bathroom also quite tight.

The food - both quality and range was excellent. Location right by the beach - able to sit on the terrace and look out.

Facilities are quite outdated and need renovation for this price range. Sometimes it felt like in cheap Turkey/Egypt type chaos where beach sunbeds are always reserved with someones belongings and no one's coming during all day (first three days we couldn't find any spare place and when we finally did, we saw the process of elder people early morning madness- why shouldn't they when there's no order actually in place). I asked for early breakfast box and turned out that I did that a bit too late (after 7PM). That's my bad, but at least offer your guests an apple or a banana. That would've been nice:) Breakfast itself was nice, but could've been better - it was hard to decide what to eat once again in last days of our stay. My suggestion to the place - try not to waste what's built there, because it looks like it's been a nice place not so long ago. And think about your own free Chania shuttle at least 5 times a day. That's what we enjoyed in other places nearby;)

Sea view was spectacular - we didn't get bored of it within all 5 days (get prepared for ocean sounds). Friendly and helpful staff during breakfast time and also cleaning personnel (it's nice to see happy people during your vacations =] ). Parking lot is small, but yet - we always found that last spot left for us so lets leave it as well thought.

The room we got was extremely small, half the size of what we booked. The shower leaked and where our room was positioned, there was a machine humming instead of being able to hear the sea.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good. The room was cleaned every day, including changing towels and sheets. The hotel was split on 2 sides of the road, with the pools on the island side, accessed through a tunnel , but they were lovely and clean. We were also able to rent a car from the hotel, good price and great for exploring the island.

Dead plants and trees in the garden, the pool view rooms lacked privacy, they could for example use some planting in front of them etc. Food was ok but not very good, in the breakfast they diluted the orange Juice with some condensed Juice, not something you would expect from a 4 star hotel... We didn't get the room we booked for some reason, they compensated it only after contacting the booking.com.

Beach towels available only from 11 a.m, it could be more sun beds and sun umbrellas at the beach.

Cleanliness of the room, but also public places in the entire hotel and outdor places / garden was amazing, everything was tidy. The sandy beach is neat and wonderful. Fantastic a la carte restaurant Azzuro.

Unfortunately we were three adults (son of 24) and the room 's furnishing were outdated and way too small for 3 persons, almost even for 2 people. However the view from the room was amazing. Bathroom was tiny but updated. Doubt a very large person fits in the shower.

The location on the beach and is in a very touristic area. It's a huge property with the best view as we stayed in the block on the beach side. Loved the breakfast area on the beach and the buffet is great.

Dinner at the main restaurant congested and slightly understaffed in June, but who did the job professionally. Some live music performances should have been more.

Accommodation on the PEARL side with larger rooms, breakfast and dinner possible near in a smaller restaurant. Great swimming and pool enough space.

We had booked a room at Santa Marina Beach with a real doubble sized bed, but after the relocation to Santa Marina Plaza we were given two single beds which were pushed together. Not the same comfort, but still fine.

Actually we were relocated to Santa Marina Plaza because we were told that there were'nt enough visitors to open the beach hotel. But overall we were very happy with the stay. We have never experienced such polite staff before. The service were world class!

water from bathroom(shower) leak away to the room( review of the first hotel room 214) also in that number balcony door lock was broken and the most important is that they supplied us with twins bed instead of double bed. After one or two nights they provided 216 room, it was smaller but everything worked as expected

Nothing against tbe hotel as it was out of their hands The weather unfortunately, grey with rain Red flag on the beach so no swimming. Very little for my teenage daughter to do. (However this is mainly down to the end of season and the hotel is shutting down for the season in the next few days.And no other teenagers for her to mingle with)

Great hospitality. Upgrades at reasonable prices. Food was good. Nice little welcome pack and a bottle or wine in the room when we arrived. End of season here so the place was very quiet. Late check out arranged at a reasonable price as flights are late.

Put a little bit more prevention in maintenance and check regularly if everything is fitted correctly, not wait that guests will claim.

Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Compliments to chef for variety very good and tasty food. Cleanliness was on very high level. Location is very convenient to visit attractive old towns Chania and Rethymo and beaches Balos Lagoon and Elafonisi Beach.

We could hear through the bedroom doors other guests as they came home late at night. Poor isolation.

Beautiful hotel just on the beach with great connection the city. Variation on food at the buffet and very attentive waiters. Extra shout out to THEODORE!! It s shabby, it s tired, it was not renewed some considerable time. And it s definitely not 4 stars, it s 3 The beach is not bad but the amount of people that bother you trying to sell you smth is a bit too much
