A very warm welcome and perfect stay to break up our journey. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the hot tub was wonderful after our long journey and the free cot was all set up and ready for our baby when we arrived.

The facilities were excellent, also very clean. The staff are very friendly and will go above and beyond to make your experience with Mykonos enjoyable and with ease.

The love and attention to details, the pick up from the port and lifts to the airport and Dolly was so knowledgeable and made us laugh and smile. Thank you for the gifts and the warm welcome and making our stay so wonderful

Interior decor, free pick up at the port and drop off at the airport, the rooftop pool, the quiet location despite some occasional planes, the cleanliness, bed quality, feedback card, city maps, recommendations, and more

I will NEVER give full marks to someone who is begging to receive full marks (-2 stars), boasting about their 9.9 rating with a sign inside the guestrooms is such a bad taste, imagine a 5-star hotel doing that? (-1 star). My feedback was received with an arrogant and agressive response, instead of showing gratefulness for taking the time to write a feedback. I would give them 10 star, if it wasn't for the managers total lack of humility.

We only stayed for one night, but our experience was truly wonderful. Doly welcomed us with great kindness and availability, making us feel at home right away. The attention to guests, especially to children, was impeccable. The property is unique, very well maintained and full of character. The heated hot tub at sunset was simply unforgettable – one of the most beautiful memories of our trip.

It was wonderful. Host were so gentle and kind, they gave us all we need and they also managed to keep our stuff safe until the night on the last day (we didn’t have the night booked, we had the flight back home). Every morning we found an exceptional breakfast waiting for us on the table outside our door. It was a surprise also the common flor upstairs, fantastic, with a pool and a space to play and share time. The house was perfect, everthing we needed was there and the location was 10 min from the beach, and 5 min from Myk Town. If we ever come back to Mykonos , we’re gonna go there again!

We loved everything about Hidden heaven. Wonderful facilities, very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and beautiful garden. The hosts were very lovely and welcoming and offered refreshments, pick up at the ferry port and a drive to the airport.

Unfortunately, the planes were really loud, but it’s not the property’s fault, we used to it!

Every single thing about this booking was amazing. From the very start, they picked us up from the airport and gave us all of the information we needed to have a fun and safe trip. Anything we needed provided for us. Constant little gifts, room cleanings, snacks to start off our day, and help whenever we needed it. At one point we wanted to rent quads and they handled everything for us, even having the quads delivered directly to Hidden Heaven. Any time we had any questions they were always just a quick phone call away. I will definitely be staying here any time I come to Mykonos. Truly a remarkable location with an even better staff. Our trip would not have been as memorable without Hidden Heaven.

Everything in hidden heaven was amazing from the contact before arriving until the end, Lia and Doli were really friendly and accommodating. The place was so beautiful and comfortable a 10/10 without a doubt.

We truly had the most outstanding experience staying at Hidden Heaven. Doli and the team went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the private jacuzzi, watching the magical sunset from the top deck and the extra ‘treats’ awaiting us morning and evening, we were blown away by our time here and will definitely be back! 🩷

The friendly staff are so very nice indeed. The accommodation is set in a small resort type setting, with a common lounge to rest in, lots of games for families. The whole resort is beautifully decorated. The staff offered free arrival and departure transfers.

The location is close to town, yet, a difficult walk with steps, no footpaths and narrow roads.

Quiet location tucked away from the Mykonos tourist drag yet close to Chora and the port. Amazing views from the shared terrace with a heated jacuzzi which is a generous size of a splash pool. Fantastic hospitality from both Lia and Doli

It’s a very beautiful place with a lot of detail and nice amenities. The owner built a lot of the things herself and you can tell that there is a lot of effort and love in the whole apartment and common areas. You even have a private jacuzzi as well as a bigger heated pool on the rooftop terrace with sunset view. They picked us up from the port and also drove us to the airport for free. We also received a little breakfast basket and some wine as a gift as well. The owner and staff are really nice and gave us great recommendations for Mykonos. So I would definitely recommend everyone to stay there when on Mykonos :)

We have stayed in various private places before, but we have never experienced such a caring owner. She picked us up at the airport, talked about the attractions of the island on the way. She took us to a beautiful accommodation, which she breathed soul into with her creative creations. A charming, romantic place, with an excellent location, with a beautiful view of the sunset. The owner will provide you with all the comforts to enjoy the romance of the island. Every morning a small treat awaits you, which was a pleasant surprise for us. Lia does it with love and it shows. We recommend it with all ten.

Everything! The location was a perfect blend of private luxury and central to town - only a 15 minute walk. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it is a beautiful location overall The staff, Doli and Lia, are absolute angels. I will recommend this location to anyone travelling to Mykonos

Exceptional service ,nothing is too much trouble. Lia and Dolly, wonderful hosts .Property spotless and quiet location cant recommend enough.

Not a criticism, the property is a little out of the main town if you're young and fit no problem otherwise you will need transport witch they are happy to arrange for you .
