Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience, largely due to the personal touch and warmth extended by the owner. The incredible breakfast, was amazing. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail in every aspect were impeccable. Its location proved to be perfect, easily accessible, and conveniently situated for exploring the surroundings. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The only thing I'd propose as an improvement is the automatic turn off of the lighting in the room when the card key is removed to be delayed 1-2 min so you have light to lock up the door and move out the room.

The location of the hotel is super comfortable and near the city center (10 min walk). It has a very comfortable parking space/area on the street 5 min away from the hotel. The breakfast was a great VFM choice, and the lady owner was preparing it everyday with something different. The traditionally made Greek coffee is great too. I would definitely suggest the place for couples, lone travelers and professionals, as it's quiet and near the most interesting sites of the city.

The place to stay in Ioannina. Very nice and cozy hotel, we stayed in a beautiful room, with great antique touches, nice interior design. We had a direct view on the lake. Situated within a 2 minute walk from the walls of the castle and near a long strait of restaurants and coffee places. Lovely hosts, always smiling and very welcoming. Thank you! I absolutely recommend this place.

Very good position. Opposite the lake so we had a great view but you're on the side of the road so it is louder with the traffic. Room was very spacious with all facilities. Hotel is a small run family hotel and the owner was super nice and very accommodating. Hotel is very central, in walking distance to the castle, the town centre (which is very pleasant) and therefore all the restaurants. Breakfast was lovely, varied with all local homemade products. Would recommend.

There are two disadvantages of this Hotel, which you can not blame the owner for: the nearest place you can park your car is few hundred meters away from the Hotel, there is a restaurant next to the Hotel with their kitchen extractor fan with its noise and smell.

The Host was so friendly and warm to us, that it beats all small disadvantages of this Hotel. Location of the Hotel is perfect, outdoor breakfast is very good, the Hotel is situated inside historical building, so we accepted small size of the room with understanding. All facilities were good.

A very nice small hotel, close to the lake and the ancient center. A very warm welcome from the staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The triple room was especially spacious. Breakfast was very good, including greek pastries and home made jams. Excellent value for money.

Family-run, Siarava is housed in a completely renovated historical building next to the castle of Ioannina, situated in a splendid lakefront position and within walking distance of the centre (full of taverns, cafés and characteristic shops). A short walk from the pier to take the boat to Nisi island (a tour not to be missed). Our room deserves a separate note, furnished in an elegant but traditional way, with details of refined taste. Impeccable cleaning and high quality hygiene products. Some noise in the evening from nearby bars and restaurants, but no real problems at night. The owner is an elegant lady who welcomed and pampered us like old friends, with a delicious homemade breakfast served in the cool internal courtyard, but also telling us the history of the house and the place and also some anecdotes from her family. It was a pleasant and regenerating, but also culturally stimulating stay in this fascinating region of Greece.

We got a very large attic room, which greatly exceeded our expectations. It was sparkling clean and the hospitality of the staff was exemplary. The ladies even noticed that our breakfast habits were different and they enriched the breakfast with small adjustments, which was very kind.

Everything is good, just be ready that parking is a bit away from the hotel and it's not possible to stop near the hotel

1. parking is about 100 m from hotel. you need to carry your things from there 2. Scond floor (under roof) room windows could not be opened for fresh air 3. Payment is automatically charged through Booking so you can't change payment method if you want (to pay cash or different credit card) 4. A coffee machine or kettle in the room would be nice

The road in front of it is so narrow, you cannot even stop to get your bags out. The closest parking is public, at some hundred meters. When raining (as it was the case) not very nice to drag your stuff to the hotel. Personnel doesn't speak English at all, but we managed to understand each other.

It is a nice little hotel in front of the lake. Large room (the triple at least). Elevator even its two floors only. Nice breakfast. Close to castle, lake and center.

The location is very close to the promenade area, with an interesting and tasteful architecture, including the furniture in the rooms. Very welcoming host and available to share the interesting history of this place! Besides the hotel, I also discovered a very beautiful city that is worth a day or more to visit.
