Location to the beach was great. Pool was lovely. 10-15 min walk along the beach to Potamos beach which was fab. Beautiful Taverna Kavyla at the end of the beach on the road for great food. 5 mins further from this Malia Palace archeology site which was great. Excellent value.

Unfortunately, the shower enclosure was pretty poor. It offered very little protection from water being sprayed everywhere, and the room was so tiny despite it being modern, so be prepared almost the entire bathroom, getting a soaking.

My husband, mum-in-law, and I spent 4 lovely nights here. On arrival, we found Katrina close by at the pool bar. She checked us in with a genuinely warm welcoming smile. We found our room and the entire building to be very clean and comfy. The location is really quiet and peaceful. We had food twice from the pool bar menu. It was freshly made, tasty, plentiful, and excellent value for money. If you're looking to party, this is not the place for you. If you want to unwind and relax, you can't wish for a better place. We had a car, so I can't say how far tavernas and supermarkets are to walk to. Due to no lift, this place would not suit anyone with poor mobility as there are steps into the reception, to all floors, and to the pool. The beach was clean and sandy but note beach shoes would be ideal for entering the sea due to the rocks in the water. We did find there were channels of sand to navigate around the rocks, but the rocks were totally unavoidable in places.

Didn't enjoy the food at the pool bar but it was not overpriced and had a good selection of breakfast and other snacks. Guess I just like my scrambled eggs my way. When in Rome.......

Comfortable roomy beds. All very clean in room, reception area and poolside. Lovely and quiet too. Great access to the beach.

I had an amazing stay at Silver Sun Studios! The location is just perfect, only a few steps from the sea, which made my holiday even more relaxing. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the Greek coffee – such a great touch that made me feel at home. I truly enjoyed every moment here and will gladly be back!

A perfect hotel a perfect location. The proximity to the beach and other facilities is a dream. The room was delightful and having a fridge a blessing. Value for money food can be purchased at the restaurant.we will be back.

The location is fantastic right on a quiet beach. The two ladies that run it are so friendly and helpful. 20 min walk in to town to party but nice and quiet when you get back and want to sleep. Everything is clean and the food at the pool bar is very good

WiFi is not the strongest in all parts of the place. There's a club on the parallel street which can be loud sometimes - this is not SilverSun's fault, it's just good to know :)

It's just a few steps away from the beach, it always had free sunbeds around the pool, it's away from the crowdy city, the rooms get cleaned regularly, the owners don't bother the guests with anything and are always helpful, I have no complaints, highly recommended!!!

What an absolute jem of a place. Eva and Katrina were amazing - went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every moment of our holiday. They were so friendly, booked us car hire cheaper than we had found it, the pool bar was well priced and the food was delicious. They both gave us recommendations on local restaurants and bars to try local Greek food. The hotel was amazing, located right on the sea front with amazing views across the sea. The rooms were very well decorated with fantastic sea views. The air conditioning was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel and even had to turn it off as it worked so well. The hotel is very well kept, clean and very well maintained. We had a wonderful stay here and we can’t wait to come back again!

WiFi kept disconnecting, a bit frustrating Shower water temperature could use more range – couldn’t get it really hot or cold A bit far from the centre, but that also meant it was super calm and peaceful
