Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

expensive
Although an expensive option it is the only hotel in Athens international airport. It is located across the road from the terminal hall and is very easy to access. Rooms are big and very comfortable. It is a good solution if you have to spend a night in the airport.

No negatives. Suggestion - Bedroom area would benefit from cushions and a throw.
Perfect location, extremely friendly staff throughout and great food. Rooms well designed, particularly the bathroom.

We were traveling with our pet. The hotel does have a grassy area which we visited. All the hotels that I have visited which allow pets have a garbage to put used doggy bags, and usually offer doggy bags. They also designate a grassy area as a pet relief area. This hotel needs a garbage for pet waste. We are very grateful that this hotel allowes our small dog to stay, Thank-you.
The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the bathroom and Water Closet were beautiful. My husband loved the shower. I loved the bathtub. The staff were very nice and friendly.... maybe the best part. The full buffet breakfast was very good and included many options. This hotel is a really short distance (maybe 100 feet door to door) - just outside of baggage of ATH Athens Airport.

High priced airport hotel is unnecessary, but there are no other choices at the airport.
The hotel is 100m from Athens Airport entrance. The hotel is 5 stars - very clean, modern with professional & friendly staff.

Great hotel for a quick rest. The pool sauna and gym were excellent with a view over the runway. The staff were very friendly at the pool providing us with swimming aids for our young daughter.

The location was awesome for our 6:30 am flight out back to the states. All we had to do was walk across the street and we were at the airport terminal! The room was great and all of the staff were wonderful and so helpful.

Shower floor very slick. Beautiful but slick.
right across from the Athens airport you can literally walk to airport check in in about 5 minutes! Never heard a sound. Very quiet and had a sliding wood door to cover the window. NO LIGHT!

Perfect hotel for the Athens airport - stayed there twice this trip. One night on the way in and one night before flying out. I can think of nothing to say
Lovely hotel perfectly located to get a connecting flight. Great facilities on site that to be honest we didn't really have the the time or energy to use at the time. The staff were very polite, friendly and efficient. The restaurant on the 9th floor was lovely with good food.

The price is rather high and the restaurant is very expensive
The location was perfect for an early leave. The rooms are very comfortable and it's once nice to see all these airplanes taking off and landing. Breakfast is exceptional

Pretty corporate look, all white and beige - not unpleasant but not interesting. Many European hotels have these comforters which are fine if it is really cold but I would rather have something lighter. Just nit pickeing.
A very nice place right at the Athens airport, which served our needs well. Rooms are very clean and very modern, staff is nice and one can walk in a minute to the terminal.

We were very sorry that we did not have more time to explore the pool and fitness area.
The location of the hotel is just so convenient when you have an outgoing flight. It takes all the time pressure away since the Athens Airport departure area is literally in walking distance. The rooms are very spacious, very clean. Comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, all the staff very friendly and extremely helpfull.
