There’s nothing to dislike!

My family and I stayed in this villa for a week and we can’t recommend it highly enough. The villa itself is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly need. The company responsible for looking after you can’t do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. Location is fantastic also. We hope to return one day.

It was all so comfortable throughout the whole stay! It had an amazing pool with sun lounges and the air conditioning was unreal!

The whole package of this Villa was spot on! I have absolutely no complaints at all. It was very hard to leave at the end of our stay. The hosts were fantastic and always at hand if required. The location was in the middle of everything yet there was such little noise, it’s safe, comfortable, clean, a modern interior, fully equipped kitchen, amazing swimming area. It’s definitely up there in the nicest villas I’ve ever stayed in. If you are looking to book a holiday in Rhodes I would highly recommend this as an option! In fact I would insist on it.

Nothing ! Only recommendation would be to include sun umbrellas on lounger as some of us are light skinned and burn but still like to lie by the pool . ( Shaded area is available by house )

Absolutely fantastic villa. We had a wonderful stay, 7 adults in total and so much space to be together or have privacy if needed. Everything is really high spec and we lived the comfortable sun loungers. Really helpful owner/hosts exceptional service and fast responses.

The villa is situated right in the centre of Pekos and, whilst this has many advantages, there is some street noise from the traffic during the day, and, at night, live music from the bars and the Crepe House next door, until well after midnight. Ours was the first rental of the 2024 season, and there was a problem with the hot water, which needed 3 visits to resolve. The garden and pool area are hosed every day, I don’t feel this is necessary at this time of year.

This is a 5☆ villa, spacious and very comfortable with an amazing pool and outside area which is exceptionally well maintained. The villa is very well furnished in a contemporary style, the kitchen is very well stocked with 2 coffee machines! There are lots of towels and toiletries, and a great welcome pack. The staff are super friendly and always available to help.

What may be a positive to many could also be a negative for some. The villa is situated in the centre of Pefkos. That means that everything is on your doorstep, the beach, supermarkets and an endless choice of bars and tavernas. A car is not essential. However, be aware that also means this is not a villa if you are looking for peace and quiet. The pool bars play music all day and the bars regularly have live rock bands late into the evening.

This is a fabulous 5* property. Stylish and comfortably furnished. Fully equipped kitchen with welcome basket. The pool area is outstanding. Martha at Savaidis was instantly contactable for any queries or concerns. Ourania kept everything clean and was a delightful lady. We really enjoyed our stay.

We wish we have seen this property earlier while in Pefkos - we could have been benefited for some more days maybe !

First of all , our story with STALèA Luxury Villa starts like that : We were already in Pefkos Resort staying close by for a family vacation , when we passed by outside and completely & instantly fell in love with the property. We were lucky enough that they had the availability, and we chose to extend our holidays just for a few more days , to enjoy this brand-new luxury villa. The Villa itself started operating just some days prior to our check in , as we were informed. Everything is brand new and with so much attention to the detail , the owners seem to truly cater for their guests, and they have tried a lot to make a private luxurious sanctuary away from home. Also, the staff were true professionals , discreet and quiet offered their services every day with a huge smile on their face. We will for sure plan to be back later this season , along with some friends , as this property totally worths a second visit. Fantastic facilities, every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The pool was super clean and fresh, and the sunbeds were extremely comfortable. The staff were great and helped keep the Villa clean every day. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We’ve just returned from a week long stay at this beautiful, band new villa. We arrived close to midnight and were greeted at the villa and shown around the property. The villa has stunning modern decor, a large open plan living/diner area which is light and airy thanks to the floor to ceiling glass doors. The four bedrooms are all double and of a good size, and all contained en-suite bathrooms. The en-suits contained premium toiletries. The villa has all of the amenities you could want, throughout. The location of the villa was what initially attracted us (before it has even been built) due to its central position on Beach road. Even though the villa is located on a main road, it still felt very private. The customer service was exceptional. Martha was very responsive to my queries in the lead up to our stay. Staff checked in every day, either by text or calling into the villa, to make sure we had everything we needed. When we realised there was no ironing board, they immediately went to Rhodes town to pick one up for us! Cleaners attended every day and would do as much or as little as you required. Upon leaving, we were all given a small gift containing local honey and sweet treats which was a nice touch.
