Everything. More than expected. Really liked the resort. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was great. All inclusive is the way to go with this resort. The spa is awesome.

A couple of minor kinks as we arrived opening day of the season, but we would definitely stay again. The pools weren’t heated (not sure how common this is since the pools are so large), so quite cold early in the season. Room for improvement would be daily yoga with a trained yoga instructor, more vegan options with protein at the main buffet, and organized teen activities.

Large and comfortable rooms, very friendly and effective staff, delicious, fresh, and great selection of food. Nice variety for gluten free. Very nice a la carte restaurants, we loved Enso (Asian). Lots of things to do around the property. Clean and elegant facilities. One-day turnaround for reasonably priced laundry service.

Room was too hot, even after someone came to fix it, still never cooled down so it was hard to sleep. Back screen door would not lock.

Freezing cold pools Had to stay seven nights to get access to a la carte restaurants on more than one night. Fridge in our room didn’t work.

Good food - especially breakfast at Veranda, lunch at Elia and a la carte from Enso. Great water park - kept the kids entertained. Close to airport and super easy to hire a car for day trips.

There is not enough for 12-16 age group. Only one table tennis table which was always in use. No organised stuff Other inclusive catered for this age group. This was a huge disappointment as grandparents with a 14 & 15 year old.

Nothing to complain about. The only slight down side is the physical location as there is not much to see / do outside the resort, but we were happy to stay and use the great hotel facilities

The room - The bed was too small and too soft. The single bed is not comfortable. The pillows were not the best for 5 stars hotel. The dining room - the major dining room - is too noisy. The food is almost the same every day.

The pools - big and clean. Large space for may people to enjoy. The water park is very big and diverse. It is best for all ages, from very young children to elderly people. The place is a big for everyone to enjoy and also relax at the same time.

Everything was beyond amazing, staff accommodated to everything you could ask for. So much to do at the resort, amazing food and so close to the beach.

The beach... I was expecting a much nicer beach in Crete. Some small safety issues- the stairs to our room were a bit broken, and the floor near the pool can get slippery.

Perfect resort for families, all pools were amazing, water park was a great fun for the kids. Restaurants were excellent (we tried two: VERANDA and ALMYRA). Dinning room serves nice and tasty food. The room was clean (cleaned every day, and the cleaning lady was nice and friendly). The overall atmosphere is relaxing and fun. At some point two of the kids needed to see a doctor - and the resort had one in-house!

There was nothing to complain about but if I had to give a suggestion it would be to also have a games room in the palace and the evening entertainment lasts a bit longer

We got invited for dinner at the new resteruant near by the ocean the night before we check off, , said it's new opened one, but the woman with long curly hair which was supervisor or something, she wasn't very nice to us, refused us 2 times for table changing , and they gave us the wrong time for the sunset, we was planed to have a sunset dinner there. I traveled many country and many hotels, never really seeing any one refuse guest's table change request. Was really horrible experience, I even said 'this is our last night stay here' can we switch to the table near the ocean, there were 3 people ate there and just left. My answer was even rediculious, said that table was for 4 person.

The water park was fantastic. Staffs there taking good charge. So many entertainments.

Our rooms were too close to the music at night. It did quiet down after 11 or so.

It was all inclusive. Kinds of snacks were very few. Only pancake and ice cream corn was all for us. Restaurants were very warm without air conditioners because of no inside area. It was too hot to have a meal.

Well organized. Everything is managed well. Not crowded. Food was also nice. People in hotel was amazing. The best part was waterpark. It was huge and all generations can be satisfied. We, our family, were also pleased.

The room could have way more storage for the clothes and belongings. We travel light but still it. As near impossible to unpack our single luggage (19kg)

It is by far the best resort I have ever visited. The employees are providing a fantastic service from the cleaning staff that keeps the resort spotless, to the lifeguards that keep the water park safe for all the customers and the front desk staff delivered great service throughout our stay The Stella resort’s Facilities are exceptional. And It’s location is great (by the beach and about 25 min from the airport). The water park is very fun, there are slides for all age groups and enough to keep the family entertained several days. Last but not least, the food provided is very good. The staff offers new options on a daily basis from grilled fresh fish to traditional Cretan dishes. We always found something great to eat and never felt bored. And we had a wonderful time at their new restaurant the Almyra (à la carte) with a great service and great selection of wines. All in all, our family had a fantastic vacation at the Stella Palace.

The Entertainment!! probably needs a bit a of a revamp

The A la Carte restaurants were perfect, nice and chilled compared to the hustle and bustle of the Buffet. Also the excellent service of Eleni and her team who couldn't have done enough to make our family visit memorable!!!
