We had an amazing stay at Summertime Villa in Kefalonia! Elena and Dora are truly wonderful hosts – warm, caring, and always attentive to every detail. They spoiled us with small surprises and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The villa itself is absolutely perfect: spotless clean, spacious, beautifully organized, and equipped with everything you might need – from a juicer, toaster, dishwasher, to a Nespresso machine. Every morning we enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast supplies (cereal, Nutella, jam, butter, milk, coffee, and fresh bottled water provided daily). The view from the villa is breathtaking and the atmosphere is so relaxing. It really felt like a dream vacation! We highly recommend Summertime Villa and would love to come back. This place is amazing, set in a small beautiful village, with everything you need and more treats for breakfast. The house is very comfortable for a family of 4 with nice beds. The hosts gave us excellent tips, instant information and covered proactively all of our needs. We would love to return!

Perfectly clean, literally everything was shining (cleaning done daily). Every 3 days the pool was also cleaned. The kitchen is very well equiped and with high quality stuff. Drinking water, cofee, cereals were continuously provided to us by the host. Dish washing machine and clothes washing machine also available, as well as the needed detergent. The host was the best we ever had in Greece, extremely kind and attentive to all our needs. The view from the terrace/pool is very nice - the village church & the hills & the sea.

Where to start… My wife and I travel to Greece every year for a month. We have never had the experience that we did at summertime villas. The house is spectacular in every aspect. It is close to all beaches within a 30-45 min radius. The villa was great for us to return everyday as it was so peaceful, quiet and private. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the food baskets. The villa is equipped with everything you could ask for and then some. The owners lend you a great quality umbrella for the beach’s you may travel to. The villa was designed by the owners. The quality and craftmanship was impeccable. Every detail was thought of. The pool was so refreshing to come back to after a day of going to the beach. It is quite spacious as is the sitting/lounge area around the pool. The owners of the villa are the greatest people. I can’t say enough of how hospitable they were. They filled our fridge with water everyday. The gift platters were topped up when we got back everyday. We never ran out of coffee. We broke one on the drawer handles, it was replaced that day when we got back from our daily travel. This place after 7 days of staying here seemed like home. There is a taverna 30 second walk from the villa. We had dinner there every night as the food was the best I have had in 5 years of traveling to Greece. The views from both the villa and taverna are out of this world. The cleaners were remarkable and made cute designs with the clean fresh towels. The villa was spotless when the cleaners left. I told the owner she felt like family. She is the best human you will meet. She just left our villa to stop by and check up and dropped off a beautiful gift bag as this is our last day. I told her, If we return, it will be a must we come back and visit this summertime villas. You will not be disappointed.

The hosts were super helpful, friendly and very attentive to our needs. The villa is in a quiet, beautiful spot and well equipped with everything you need. They also provided a welcome pack which met our breakfast needs for the stay and small thankyou gift on departures. Spacious villa and well service throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this villa but you definitely need a car to access the rest of island. There is an excellent taverna walking distance which has delicious food, eating there at least one night is a must.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this beautiful villa. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need—from a fully equipped kitchen to thoughtful extras like beach towels and a variety of pillows to ensure a comfortable stay. The view is simply breathtaking, making every moment feel like a dream come true. We loved relaxing by the private pool and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It was an excellent experience! Very comfortable and modern estate with a private pool. Good Wifi signal. The hosts: Elena, Dora and Michaela were so pleasant and thoughtful. They answered any question and tool care of any request we had immediately. We landed late at night with three children and Elena and Dora provided a very nice dinner from the local bakery. Everything about summertime villas was perfect. It was a truly unforgettable experience. We felt so welcome by Elena, Dora and Michaela. The recommendations and warmth from the team heightened our experience and made our holiday even more exciting to step into the shoes of a local. All areas were immaculate, the place felt and looked brand new. The attention to detail is impressive and makes summertime villas on par with 5* hotels we have stayed in before. Views sensational! Facilities were AMAZING - especially the pool area! The Villa was so clean, so spacious for 2 couples! The amenities were everything we needed! Nothing was overlooked! Distance from the nearest city and the inaccuracy of google maps in the middle of the village. However the location is very well flagged in many intersections in the region, not just in the village, so you just have to follow the signs.

We were particularly pleased with the fact that we could check in a little earlier, with the fact that we were warmly welcomed by the host who presented us in detail the facilities of the location, the fact that they greeted us with products for a full breakfast, plus a bottle of wine and plenty of cold water. The kitchen was very well equipped, furnishing and details were to our taste.

Absolutely perfect, modern and spotless clean villa. We stayed in the two bedroom villa. It was perfect for our family with three kids. Lovely pool. Outdoor shower. Perfect little terrace for breakfast in the morning. Nice ocean view and you see Lixouri. Around the corner a nice restaurant with great juicy chicken souvlaki. Also the host and staff were so amazing. Bringing us gifts, giving us tips and so ao helpful. Absolutely recommend it to any family seeking modern comfort at a nice quiet private place.

Summertime Villas is by far the best rental accommodation we have stayed in. Facilities are excellent, clean and of a very high standard. The views are breathtaking and it is such a peaceful place to relax in after a day exploring Kefalonia. We rented the three villas for our big family of 15 and it was an excellent choice. The villas are modernly built, tastefully furnished, equipped with all appliances you could ever need, bath and beach towels, as well as water, breakfast and essential food supplies. The owners and staff were really kind and very accommodating to our needs. The location is great as a remote retreat from the more touristy areas, conveniently located in between Argostoli (20 mins) and Myrtos beach (30 mins).

Beautiful villa, architect designed in a lovely peaceful location with wonderful views looking out over Lixouri. Exceptionally clean and we felt a warm welcome and were well looked after throughout our stay by the owner and our cleaner. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed for a great stay with a dishwasher and washing machine. We had a fantastic time at Summertime villas and would definitely like to stay again soon.

Nothing bad to say at all. One top tip would be that you need a car staying here as it’s quite remote, but that’s clear from the write up.

This place is AMAZING, we loved our time here! Very peaceful and relaxing. The villa is high standard throughout with everything you would need. The hosts were brilliant at responding, very kind and even provided some food on the first night when we arrived late, and brought round a delicious birthday cake to celebrate 2 birthdays!
