One miserable barman who shut the bar early. However, he was the exception to the rule.

Booked in within minutes. Good breakfast choice. Staff mainly friendly and helpful. Sheets and towels changed every day. We were allowed to extend check-out time to 7 pm for 25 euros in our upgraded room. Bus stop outside provides a frequent service to Thessaloniki, and the village nearby has a good choice of tavernas and bars to relax in at night.

For breakfast they could put some fruit, otherwise it is a classic hotel breakfast, just missing at least some apple or banana, watermelon, anything of seasonal fruit, just not dehydrated orange.

The hotel is clean and next to the beach, distance from Thessaloniki is correct, (30 min with bus). The pool is beautiful. Polite staff.

The beach was fine but could be a little cleaner and more sandy (it is mostly sand with stones). Nevertheless the water was warm and quite clean so we enjoyed swimming there. It is also good to know that hotel is situated in small village, but other villages or Thessaloniki are easily reachable by busses (72 or 76) or boat (going hourly).

Great stuff, nice hotel pool, good cocktails on bar, reliable air condition in room.

It was very smoky in the restaurant at the New Year's Eve dinner because many of the guests were smoking in the non smoking area. No one from the restaurant staff could cope with this problem although I've complained several times. They tried to charge us extra for the dinner on 31st of December calling it "gala dinner" although we have aready payed for HB. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The food was delicious although there was no great variety of meals. The room was clean but with old furniture.

The hotel with approximately 100 rooms had only one (four people) and a half (two people) lift. The breakfast was very unimaginative (fruit from tin cans in a country with lots of fresh fruits). The dining room was impersonal with all furniture covered in white fabric. Ought to be information about that the little village Agia Triada only offers about ten restaurants with the same menus and noting else. The area outside and closed to the hotel is kept rather clean but the surroundings are terrible, looks like a disposal plant. To reach the only village street you have to walk through all that garbage and the same if you visit the hotel beach. Don´t think this hotel reach the four stars. Guess the fourth star must be due to the pool area.

Nice big room, big balcony. The pool area was outstanding. Very clean with bar service for food and coffee etc. The cleanliness very good. Lucky for us the local bus, only a few steps from the hotel, was working every 15 minutes. A short trip and you could reached another village, much bigger with some small shops, restaurants and cafes and more people. Time to take you to Thessaloniki with the local bus is approximately one hour. You need to change bus at the bus station where you can find IKEA and some other shopping.

Breakfast selection does not seem to vary at all, and there seem to be no fresh fruits. Furniture is somewhat old. The green zone in between the hotel and the beach seems somewhat abandoned (one spots something like abandoned shower cabins among the trees). Still, the breakfast is at least ok, the overall look of the rooms is decent and the green zone looked safe. Depending on one's perspective, these features can be looked at either as a nuisance or as a piece of simple-minded rural charm.

Good value for money, nice location in a little village outside Thessaloniki with decent beaches and tavernas lined up along them, but still close enough to the city for a visit by public transport. The hotel has its own area on the beach which is reachable by a short walk through a green zone by a gravel path; at least one does not have to cross any traffic on the way. Some rooms have a very nice view on Thermaikos gulf and in the night one can see the lights of the city across the gulf.

The hotel doesn't have it is own beach and the closest one beach is the dirtiest I saw in my life. In general it is a common thing in the area that the beach side is covered with various trash and the is lots of plastic in on the bottom of the sea. Though the water is perfectly clear. Also the was a forsaken leisure area next to the hotel falling apart and covered in huge trees and bushes. It is surely not the territory of the hotel itself, but one needs to cross it on the way to the sea. It looks quiet depressing to the eye cause you can imagine how cool this place should have been. Also there were some issues with the WIFI during the rainy days or when there were more guests on the floor. For us it was an issue as one of us had to work remotely and it was very hard. But for the leisure it is an okay level.

We had an amazing view on the sea and Thessaloniki itself from the room. Room was very clean and nice. The swimming pool area was astonishing, but the water in the pool was a bit too cold for the current season, and also the pool's depth is good only for adults (it should be kept in mind for families with kids). The breakfasts were very delicious and healthy. The stuff was extremely friendly and helpful. In general, we liked staying here a lot.

Breakfast was very poor. There wasn't much to choose from to begin with and the quality of food was very low. It's a 4 star hotel, they should improve it. Beach was very close, but one of the worst I've seen. Not maintained at all, dirty, no sun chairs or umbrellas. Maybe because it was out of season, but still, they have to do some work on it. Probably better to look for other places for suntanning and swimming.

The staff was very friendly. Room was quite big and clean, but furnished a bit old. The pool was awesome, with a small hot tube, extra towels by the pool was a nice touch. Location is good, close to Thessaloniki, although the place itself is small, not many things to do out of season. The WiFi was excellent all over the hotel, a big plus.

Check-in policy unclear - after a long travel you have to wait in the lobby until the room is ready and this can get up to two hours. If you opt to go to the beach instead of waiting in the lobby, the other guests will get the ready room so you'll wait anyway after you return. The breakfast could include some fruits and the coffee was just awful. It's a 3 star hotel.
