GREAT STAFF, the administration a male was fantastic took the time to check us in and show us the map of the city and activities around recommended restaurants! Room was cleaned we got new towels everyday! Great value for money and breakfast was great! Quick and easy we loved our stay here!

Everything was great! Alex was so welcoming and showed us to the room. There was a balcony which was awesome for chilling. Alex also taught us everything the room consists of and even recommended nearby restaurants with clear instructions. Area was just a 5 mins walk to any restaurant and there was even a gym 2 mins away! We had a wonderful time being served by all the staffs and we enjoyed every minute of the stay. We also signed up for a volcanic tour and once again, Alex, took his time to explain all the options prior to signing up. You can tell there is dedication to this family run hotel and everyone was so helpful. Many thanks!! We will definitely come back to this hotel if we ever return to Santorini! :)

Swimming pool was a little bit cold

We liked everything. We were given their best room in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The only complaint is that the swimming pool was pretty cold.

Creaky bathroom door 😅, shout of the children from nearby school (hearable only when the balcony door is open)

Eventough the hotel is just next to the one of main roads, it was absolutly no problem regarding the level of noise. The staff was super helpful and willing to arrange freetime activities for their guests. Definitely staying here next time we will visit Santorini.

The bathroom: no space to place toiletries, shower space was too tight and too near the toilet bowl. The TV: too small and limited channels

The staff mainly Elena, her husband and daughter, Alexis, and Socrates were really helpful and accommodating! They made our stay very comfortable. They made sure our rooms are clean everyday, breakfast was really sumptuous with some Greek cuisines included. Overall, our stay was truly amazing!

Every was great. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful, and provided answers to any questions. It was a pleasure to stay at this accommodation. A location near the main bus station also made it easy to explore other villages on the island.

Excellent facilities. Beautiful pool area with lounge chairs. A lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of Santorini. A short walk from the lively streets of Fira as well as the bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

Location is perfect. Right beside the port, beach, and lots of very nice restaurants/bars/cafés for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Breakfast, though plentiful, got boring after a day or two.

The Staff were excellent, especially Alex... Fresh bedding and towels each day. Excellent location, next door to main bus terminal. Pool was spotless. Even when we checked out we were supplied with towels to hang out at the pool, because of late flight.

Bathroom had plastic curtains which I didn't like. The place where you shower is very small, and it's hard to shower with the pastic sticking to your body.

Great hotel! Nice room! Very clean, very silent. NEXT to the bus terminal which for me was THE BEST!!! Easy to get to all places in Fira. Friendly and helpful staff. Some stair to the to the room but no problem for me. Pool was super clean, beautiful and nice. I'm only giving it a 9 because of the plastic curtains in the bathroom (see bellow). Everything else was perfect.
