It would be fantastic if there were a beach directly in front of the villa. However, there is a coastal area nearby where you can safely swim, although it doesn’t have a designated beach, but access to the see.

While the villa is outside the town, it truly feels like an oasis - a beautiful historic building with a garden featuring a 100-year-old eucalyptus tree, perfect for relaxing breakfasts. A great fish restaurant is just minutes away, and there's a nearby market for fresh fruit. The church next door adds charm, and one evening, the choir’s singing felt like a private concert. The host, Tatiana, is incredibly helpful, recommending all the must see places, the best beaches, restaurants, and fish taverns. The apartment is clean, comfortable, with AC throughout, and the kitchen is well-equipped. You won’t miss a thing here! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Everything. The name is not for show, this is a true and true villa with an amazing host! Tatiana was beyond nice and helpful. And the welcome gift of locally made wine and ouzo was amazing! The apartment was really clean and tidy and had everything we could have wished for. The rooms were amazing, comfortable and homey, there was a beautiful balcony as well where we could sit and drink coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher. Outside there is a common garden with olive trees, hammocks, sitting arrangements and a few activities (like table tennis). If needed there was also a common laundry room and the cleaning supplies for washing laundry or dishes were provided to us. We always long for home when coming back from travelling and we usually can't wait to get back to our beds and everything else, this was the first time that did not happen. This truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Great base to discover the surrounding of Patras, devoted host that supplies plenty of hidden gems. The house itself is beautiful and clean. The garden is a lovely place to relax. We enjoyed morning swims right outside the front door crossing the street with access to the sea.

The property was very nice, with a big terace which had olive trees that provide good shade, very good balconies and a very interesting villa with an old look from the outside and a stylish look from the inside. The owner was very nice and she was ready to help if anything hapened. She also gave lots of ideas where to go within our stay.

The kitchen table is small it was hard to stay there for all the four of us. There is no separate toilette.

A nice renovated and completely rebuilt old stylish house. Nice kitchen with all kind of appliances, comfy rooms. Excellent and safe parking in the garden. Very close to the sea and just a few driving minutes to the town.

Hosts assessed all our needs regarding the accommodation. They waited for our late check-in due to our flight and rent-a-car delays.

I can highly recommend this beautiful property. It is all fresh, very clean and new and feels luxurious. The beds are so comfortable. It has all you need to make you feel at home. The owner is so kind and caring and went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. The big yard was wonderful for our children to have plenty of room to run around and we could relax and watch them from the beautiful balcony. would definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommend.

There is no dining room table so all 4 of us had to eat at a small kitchen table in a small kitchen. There is no separate toilet. Unfortunately the train passes regularly directly behind the villa from around 6:00am until late at night.

The property is beautiful renovated and comfortable.
