customer service was amazing , everyone was so friendly and helpful 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 5 minutes in a public transport (very reliable) 10:30 last bus otherwise a taxi £15 max not even , vegan vegetarian friendly , excellent location , facilities , even the music playing around the place was lovely i cant recommended enough10 out of 10

The air condition in our room wasn’t working. However, the staff were aware and called to send someone to look at it. We were also told we couldn’t consume our own food and drinks at the pool and were threatened with a fine if we did so. However, when we visited the pool at another time, we saw other hotel guests consuming their own snacks at the pool.

There was breakfast included, and it was nice, very basic, but something there for everyone to eat. Location was amazing, we hired a car and it was so easy to get to town. There’s also a parking lot to park your hired car. The swimming pool was stunning and the view was exceptional. Towels were provided at the pool. It is very windy though and would feel quite cold (we went during October). They also provide towels to go to the beach. The room was super comfortable and cleaned every day. They also provided a lot of water in the room every day which is very nice. The staff are so nice, extremely helpful and always at hand to help with any queries.

The service was phenomenal and attentive, the staff were so personal throughout our stay and did all they could to ensure we were catered for. Sunsets by the pool are gorgeous and this hotel is only a 10 minute walk away from the town. Nothing can be faulted with our stay here as everything exceeded expectations, I would never hesitate to stay here again.

- Too windy in the pool area, so it's hard to enjoy the pool (maybe it was bad luck with weather) - Be prepared to pay for taxi rides as the hotel is a bit far from town

- The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. 5 star service - Cleanliness. Room floor was moped everyday. - Tasty buffet breakfast and professional coffee drinks - Restaurant food was delicious, so definitely recommend having lunch/dinner at the hotel at least once. - We got a free room upgrade which was an amazing surprise with sea view. - Beautiful sunset from the pool area.

Wonderful hotel. Perfect spot for Amazing views of the Aegean Sea and Mykonos. Unbelievable sunsets. Great food and terrific breakfast. Our room was really big with a jacuzzi tub. Perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Short taxi ride to town or beaches. The staff was wonderful. Thank you to Paris and his colleague they helped make our stay so special. Highly recommend this hotel.

there was nothing I did not like just an idea a golf buggy type vehicle to commute to Mykonos centre at pre agreed times would take this hotel to different level

what an amazing hotel. All the staff were incredible. A very special mention to Yannis in the restaurant who was the most professional and attentive person we have every come across.
