Not really walking distance to the port for further travel with a lot of luggage . I found the information in the literature abit misleading on this point . We arrived on a Sunday and the upstairs pool area was busy with loud music playing. Not expected.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were good . The courtesy bus into the town was regular .

Rooftop pool operating hours...switching it to a restaurant function area at 6btakes away from beautiful sunset pool lounging..but understand the cost benefit

The hotel facilities, staff, hotel is excellent the room for two single travellers was a bit tight however had an excellent bathroom.Breakfast was at a very high standard with the staffr friendly and quick to assist. The, gym and pool where good with the rooftop pool excellent would be nice if it stayed open past six or opened earlier.

We have happily returned to this hotel many times. It is one of the most dog-friendly hotel we’ve ever stayed at—our dog truly felt at home here. The lady at the bar has always been very kind, and the whole hotel gives off a positive and welcoming vibe. Everything is clean, and the shuttle bus to and from the city center is very convenient. The staff are all very friendly. We will gladly return whenever we have the chance.

Loved the hotel! Facilities are amazing and the staff really welcoming and happy to help with anything they can. It was my birthday on the day of stay here and my boyfriend wanted to surprise me at midnight with flowers and the staff helped him to find a flower shop at 8pm to deliver the flowers until midnight. On our last day we did check out and stayed few hours at the pool which is amazing!

The size of the room seemed to be on the smaller side. This is our second stay in the hotel with an 11 year gap in between. It seems like not many things have changed, especially in the room. It might be time for a few touches to be added. I also think that the pool area restaurant should remain open on Sundays to have another option available.

It's a true 5 star hotel. It has everything and the rooftop pool is just amazing! Personally I liked the underground parking filled with F1 statistics on the walls, but that's just me. We went in with our dog (which you have to pay for) and when we went to our room, a hotel employee was already there with a little dog bed, recipients for food and water and a little treat. To be honest, you deserve a 6 star rating for this 😊 All in all, excellent value for the money that we paid.

Wonderful hotel. It’s not close to the square but they have a shuttle to take you in and bring you back. The pool is amazing with breathtaking views of Thessaloniki. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are polite and helpful and breakfast is fabulous.
