Just some small aspects: Pillows: two thin pillows are not very comfortable if you are used to sleep on a high one. Absence of the broom and scoop in the cottage. The floor gets quickly dirty because of the sand. The nearest supermarket is about 1.5 km away; need to use the car (probably, we didn't find something closer).

Lovely place for family holiday! The price was super good for the middle of the summer. The quality of the cottage is still very good: 1. Three families have had enough space for their own rest and for the common time. Separate bathrooms in every room. 2. Perfect window blinds allow you to rest from the sun at any time of the day and you can sleep in the night without any lights from the street. 3. Air conditioners in the cottage work good. 4. There are mosquito nets for every door and window. 5. You need about 5-7 minutes to come to the nearest beach. The beach was not crowded. 6. There was a possibility to make barbecue on our own grill. 7. Neighbours from other cottages do not disturb you. 8. We have found two places for parking directly before the villas. The hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in earlier than planned, as the house was already prepared. We have definetely enjoyed the weekends at this place and would recommend it.

Pretty good location with free parking in front of the buildings, close to the beach, quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, inside the studio - good furnished and well equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking, high speed internet

Everything was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was pretty good. The neighborhood is quet and the beach is 300 meters away, and that's what we were looking for with a little kid. 5-minute drive to Nea Kallikrateia.

This accommodation was everything we were looking for and more. The modern and beautifully decorated space provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The place is fully equipped and very clean. We especially loved the proximity to the beach, which is within walking distance. Communication with the host was flawless – always available and ready to help. Highly recommended!

For example luxury apartments need to have more glasses,plates,forks,knives, ltc. Also my adivice is to buy maybe one or two BBC grill on gas, no on fire, i thing for couples like us with families is the best choise to have dinner and stay at the yard, with kids and have fun. And some from the staff must know english 😊😊 however they were kind and very good with smiles all the time 😁😁 best regards from me you do great job!!

A modern villa, with 3 private bedrooms and 3 bathrooms attached to them. Comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need for a basic meal. Adjacent garden with table and chairs. Quiet area . The owners are available for any inquiry or problem and take care immediately. Convenient parking. Very close to the beach. A bit isolated, but very suitable for those who are looking for peace and get around in a private car.

It was our second year and we appreciate the improvements. The property is well maintained and the bathroom amenities are great addition. The checking and the checkout were contactless for those who worry. Also there were things provided to fight the mosquitos.

only the cleaning staff gave us the key in the cipher box. There was no hair dryer in the room, we requested it. However, we could not contact the facility operator. Although we wrote on whatsapp, there was no response. Whereas any communication with the owner or a professional Operator would be nice.

TheaSea Luxury Suites is new, the rooms are comfortable. Halkidiki is located between Kassandra and the center of Thessaloniki. this makes it easy to go to the beaches during the day and to Thessaloniki in the evening. In a very quiet area. It's nice to have a kitchen. It is possible to shop at the nearby market.
