Smoking should be banned from around the outside thermal pool and confined to the pool bar behind. In crowded times, there should be a second pool supervisor so that both pools are attended . There should be continuus and not alternating pool bubbling spots. There used to be a very nice doorman at hotel entry , but not any more and he is missed .

We know well the hotel as we have been going for years , It is always good but there is room for improvement as the prices have gone up. The breakfast is excellent . Great staff at dining rooms and reception and cleaning ladies .

We really enjoyed our entire stay. The breakfast was very good, with so many options. And friendly staff, in the breakfast and the front desk. We loved the pool and the location close to the outdoor thermal pools. The exercise in the pool was great. This was our 2nd stay at this amazing hotel, and i will definitely stay here again!

It is the nicest hotel in Aidipsos area and one of the best in Greece if you are looking for one that has pools using hot spring water... The staff as always are very attentive. The cleaning service is excellent.

Ive been to the hotel several times some years ago and things are getting a bit run down. I didnt think the room I had was 5 star quality. Things like the jets in jacuzzis didn’t all work.

The breakfast buffet is good on the whole. We didnt eat any other meals there as there are very good tavernas on the sea nearby.

It would have been good to have tea & coffee making facilities in the room.

The breakfast was excellent - first-class choice of freshly cooked eggs, pies and savouries. Excellent coffee and a range of healthy juices. Plus a good range of sweet cakes eg pain au raisin, cheesecake etc. The Spa facilities and service were first-rate and we also loved swimming from the decking area as well as in the central pool area.

Hotel is a bit pricey, but worth the splurge. The town was a bit gritty, workaday, even a bit run down, but hadn’t really opened for the season yet- cold spring.

Floating in the thermal pools that seemed the perfect temperature. Very good breakfast, nice room. Indoor and outdoor pools were both very enjoyable.

We were there in April and aircon didn't work to cool down the room. We had to open the window to cool it down. Also main restaurant wasn't open.

The location was sensational right outside the hot springs. We also loved the indoor, outdoor pools and the deck overlooking the sea was great. The staff was also very friendly and looked after us.

The bathrooms have rust around the metalic parts of the bathtub, the coffee at breakfast was not good and my child had an eye infection from the pool. The pool had green deposits on the sides.

The outside bar had a waiting hour of about 30 minutes to get a drink. The outside pool could be cleaner.

The spa treatments, the staff was kind and polite but clearly overworked. The room was perfect and room service very fast! Mesogeios restaurant was very good.
