Lacking some basics - eg corkscrew, cooking equipment if you want to use the hob. Only 3 hangers. A door or a curtain on the shower would stop a lot of water going everywhere.

Great location - the studio apartment has two terraces - the back one shared with another apartment. Kitchenette was ok. Shower was fine. Everything was very new and clean and the bed was comfy. Nicely designed like a hotel room. The village is lovely and the apartment is just a few steps to the beach and good restaurants.

I had a fantastic stay at Theros by Sea! The location is unbeatable, situated right on the beach, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and spotlessly clean. What really made the experience special were the owners – they were exceptionally kind and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Theros by Sea for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beachside getaway.

Everything was great!

The apartment is exceptionally clean, with a top location, 1 minute from the beach. The bed is big, and the room is equipped with a smart TV, a hair dryer, and a coffee machine. There is cleaning service every day with no additional fee. Terrace is very nice with a small view of the sea. There are insect nets on every window and door. Our car was parked in front and we could see it all the time. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We would visit again with pleasure!

When flushing the toilet, there was a noise at refilling of the tank, also at the end another high noise. Was a bit disturbing if the other was sleeping. And maybe a shower curtain, because we splashed everything and might be the cause of a bit of mold.

It is perfectly located, super close to the beach, clean and fully equipped. The garden of the flat at ground floor is just crazy beautiful and quiet. They cleaned every day, changed from time to time the sheets and towels. The family that has the business, 10 out of 10.

My family and I were extremely happy to stay at Theros By The Sea. We booked both spaces: both the room and the maisonette. Regarding the room: it is spacious, and with a large comfortable bed. This room is suitable for a couple. It has a kitchenette with everything that you may need (stovetop, utensils, refrigerator, coffee maker with coffee that was left for us to use, there is also a hairdryer). There is a magnificent terrace with a direct view (first line) to the sea. In addition (and this was my favorite part!) there was a second terrace - or rather a small courtyard - with a table for four with a direct view of the sea, in the shade of the building, and in peace. The second space - the maisonette - is on the second floor. It has all the listed amenities and an extremely beautiful terrace with an excellent view of the sea. The maisonette is great for family with a child, so that the parents have their own space on the second floor of the maisonette. The whole building is new and modern, clean and furnished with excellent taste, modern design and luxury materials. It is located only about 20 steps from the best part of the beach in Olympiada. The hosts are wonderful, sunny, hardworking and kind people and we were extremely happy to be staying at their place. I highly recommend Theros by The Sea! PS We went all over Greece - from Peloponnese and the islands, to Alexandroupolis. Nowhere have we eaten tastier gyros than those we had in the center of Olympiada ('ΟΛΥΜΠΙΟΝ' gyros, which my wife and I call "Stageiros, with a metaphor for the Old Stageira). If anyone has tasted more delicious gyros anywhere else in Greece, I'd happily go and check it out.

The place is new and modern but the room is very small, equipped good, only missing is soap/shampoo holder in the bathroom. The terrace is a big plus-big and comfy with a nice small sea view The A/C works great The maid was lovely lady and the cleaning was done on a daily basis which was a great surprise to me. The only negative thing-we asked 4 times for a second key but it was rejected, which is not ok. 2 adults with 1 key is not serious, if someone is resting/sleeping in the afternoon the other should wake him/her up if they want to go in the room…

The pictures of the apartment we were in were quite misleading about the actual size of the apartment. The apartment has no space for a normal wardrobe for 3 adults, which is what the apartment is rented for. 7 nights our clothes were in our suitcases. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep and not suitable for a small child. On the second floor there is a skylight above the bed with a blind , which let the light in and from early morning the sun shone directly into our bed. When we checked in we parked the car in front of the apartment but for the stay we were in , we could only stop outside the apartment for 2 days. Often other visitors or locals stop in the spaces in front of the apartment but there is free public parking a short distance away, about 300 meters

The location was good. The terrace was a good size and there was an awning which protected well from the sun. Тhere are mosquito nets on every window. Every day a woman came to clean and take out the garbage.
