Take in account that this hotel doesn’t provide any activities, no shops close by ( if traveling with family).

This hotel had a bit of a “ hunters lodge” feel to it. We were practically alone at the hotel. The hotel overlooks Lake Plastiras, which is beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the addition of a small balcony to watch the sunset. This location would be more suitable for a romantic getaway. The same owners have a restaurant & beach area about 2km away.

The beds were a little hard.

This is a good value, quality hotel with a nice location near to the lake with beautiful views and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast spread had a good selection and good coffee. The staff recommended their own taverna for meals which was about 5 minutes drive away which was also pleasant but I would also recommend the traverna at the end of the car park which was quirky and had excellent food. I loved the heated bathroom floors.

Our recent stay at Titagion Hotel was magical and offered the perfect combination of serenity and comfort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and provided us with excellent directions. The room itself was impeccable. Everything was thoughtfully placed, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to see the sun playing over the mountain trees from the comfort of our balcony was an experience we’ll never forget. The room was cozy yet spacious, with a charm that perfectly suited the woodland setting. Every detail added to the relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast served each morning was another highlight. The variety of fresh ingredients made every meal a delight. We enjoyed every bite while sitting by the large windows overlooking the mountains. The staff’s friendly and attentive service made each morning feel like a personalized experience. The location of Titagion Hotel couldn’t have been better. Surrounded by nature, yet still easily accessible, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The directions we received from the staff were clear and helpful, guiding us to some beautiful spots where we could enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and breathtaking views of the forest and lake. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The peaceful environment, the impeccable service, and the stunning natural beauty all combined to create a truly unforgettable experience. There are only a couple of things that can be improved to make this a perfect stay! 1. The rooms are very hot and although we switched off the heat we were sleeping with the window cracked. It is worth mentioning that we stayed there at the end of March, so probably this is a good thing if you are planning to stay during winter! 2. There are not enough power supplies inside the room. One bedstand had a power socket, but the other one had a power socket behind the bed, so the mobile phone adapter could not fit. Also, there was a double power socket next to the TV and the fridge, so if you were to connect a device to the TV (like a laptop or TV box) you had no option than to remove the fridge.

The staff goes beyond expectations! They are very helpful with everything you might need and guide you to visit nearby sightseeing spots in detail. Also, they are very kind with whatever you might need. The room was cleaned every day and breakfast was a feast that can help you go through your day. Furthermore, there is a fireplace with unlimited wood inside the room which is marvellous! Finally, the location is excellent. You can see the lake and the sunset behind the mountaintop is magnificent! You can go around the lake and at the same time Karditsa, Trikala are very close so every other place like Meteora or Petrouli is near to visit.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay ☺️ The hotel was very clean and organized, while the hosts were so welcoming and polite that it felt like we were visiting friends. The hotel and the room were very nice and clean. It had a fireplace which the room service cleaned and restocked every day. The breakfast buffee is full of freshly made variants of food for every taste. Regarding the location, many restaurants are close by, but we would recommend "Plaz Lampero Restaurant " for the food and ambience

The size of the shower cubicle was completely insufficient. I could not physically get in without scratching against the door. Poor soundproofing.

Mattress and breakfast could be better. Also a shower holder would be fantastic. We had to hold the shower head all the time.

Fantastic staff, good breakfast, but out of season, no bar, coffees in evening or dinner available. We were the only guests. Rooms are small, dated and shower tiny.

Biggest problem was the joint balcony. curtains were also semi-transparent, so to get a sense of privacy you had to close the shutters, which ruined the whole experience of feeling closer to nature. We were told that this was temporary since the panels that would separate the balconies were under repair. However this kind of ruined the experience and made the price we paid to seem too high (for a room without privacy!)
