Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustriaOne of the most gorgeous and cozy houses in Greece! We loved every single minute there! Small but amazing with everything you need and can have! The hospitality and hosts were amazing! So lovely people and always helpful! The location, the beautiful outdoor space and the amazing rooftop made us speechless! It was really comfortable, they were cleaning the house every day and we had a lot of compliments when we checked in! The hosts were always friendly and with a smile on their faces! We will definitely come back because we felt like home! Thank you for everything ❤️

The location is very close to the center and everything you need is walking distance. Great restaurants and lots of souvenir shops in walking distances. The room was a perfect size for a family of 3. Everything was clean and tidy, the host is super helpful and always available to help. I loved hearing the church bells go off every hour and half hour. The roof top was amazing sitting there at night or day was peaceful.

IrelandI loved everything, nothing went bad
When traveling solo as a woman, feeling safe, welcomed, and understood is my top priority. I wish I had the right words to express just how special this place is, right in the heart of Skopelos town. I came here to celebrate my 30th birthday, looking for somewhere I could truly relax and recharge. The property is only a 5–10 minute walk from the port and absolutely gorgeous, I took so many pictures that I’ll cherish forever! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They reached out to me the day before my arrival to make sure everything was ready for a warm welcome. My room was cleaned every single day without me even having to ask, and every time I had a question, the team responded promptly. The air conditioning works great, but if you prefer, you can leave the windows open and enjoy the wonderful view. What they've done with the outdoor space is truly out of this world, so picturesque and thoughtfully designed! If you don’t want to use the shared kitchen, you’re spoiled for choice with restaurants and amenities just steps away, since you're right in the city centre. Check-out was seamless, and the staff were kind enough to let me leave my bags after checking out, which I really appreciated. Please go and support this business, they truly deserve all the best!

FranceThe toilet&shower are just on top of each other, no shower curtain so everywhere gets very wet when you shower since the bathroom is quite small
The location is just perfect in the middle of the old town, the host is very helpful, the place is very nice with a lovely terrace with a view of the town and the shared kitchen was very thoughtful

United StatesThe internet was pretty slow. At best the speed was ~10 mbps but a good portion of the time we were around 1 mbps. I was doing some remote work so it was a little frustrating at times but workable. Would be nice to have a sign to tell the cleaners not to come in.
Loved how close to everything this place was but far enough away to be quiet. The place was a traditional house but with nice upgrades. Everything was modern and had the basicis needed to stay an extended period of time without having to eat out all the time.

United KingdomLovely traditional house with all the quirky features of an modernised older house; cooking facilities and balconies are communal but great as a solo traveller to meet others; super clean and owners always helpful and friendly, good location central yet quiet as back from the main drag, near the ferry port, tavernas and supermarket (5 mins walk), definitely plan to return there.

SwitzerlandThe studio looks exactly as shown on the pictures- everything is brand new and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything and the hosts make the stay perfect. They were really friendly and helpful with directions and advice what to explore to make your Skopelos experience amazing. The location is really convenient- 5min walk to the port and main bus station. There are a lot of restaurants on the nearby streets and a supermarket 10min away. We are really grateful for the amazing experience and I would 100% recommend the Traditional house. This is the best accommodation i have had in Greece (and I have traveled there for the past ten years).

United KingdomThere is nothing I don’t like personally, but be aware some of the rooms have small bathrooms and no private balcony’s or views. Only one separate suite has a private kitchen, the rest share another kitchen, though all have their own full size fridge in the bedrooms.
The location within the lively town is perfect, very easy to walk from the port upon disembarking from the ferry, but a couple of streets back from the front making it quieter….though the next door church has a very active bell!! (Not an issue for me). The communal areas of the big roof terrace and balcony make the house very sociable and it attracted similar solo travellers making it feel like a high end boutique style hostel, but with lots more amenities and more like a home from home. The hosts, Anthony & his mother have been super helpful.

United KingdomThere was nothing not to like at this property
It was a five minute walk from the ferry terminal. A perfect location to explore the town and to get a bus to explore Fira and Oia. The buses were very good value too. A beautiful little apartment on the ground floor with a little outside space to sit. All the facilities you need and very comfortable. The property was fitted out to a high spec and the host was lovely too.

AustraliaGreat location, staff friendly and helpful, I was the only guest at the time (mid April) so it was nice and quiet, beautiful views from communal rooftop and small balcony in main dwelling, great coffee shop and retails stores around. A few doors down from a church and the bell would sometimes ring late at night so can be disturbing, I got used to it. Ear plugs would be handy if you’re a light sleeper.

South AfricaNothing.
Lovely small authentic place with six rooms only and a shared kitchen should you want to cook. Charming rooms, not that big but tastefully decorated, some with sea views. Roof terrace… tiny communal balcony, lines for hanging washing. Felt like I was living amidst Greek families… which I was…
