Although we understood from the pictures that the house stays on the beach with a view to the sea- it wasn't . We Arrived with four kids, the house is with two floors , where two bedrooms are on the upper floor and the option for two more beds is at the entrance floor. The option of sleeping in the living room downstairs when . there are small kids in the family is not recommended the house needs more light in it - too dark

, The house is very clean , all our requests were answered immediately, well equipped kitchen , the owner is nice .The breakfast is perfect and the meals in Elia restaurant are very good

The beach was about 500m walk from our house (some houses are above main road). In the straight line it was 300m but possible main road crossings extends the distance. The distance will be shorter if there is a possibility to use footbridge over the road but it probably belongs to other hotel. Although there was internet access in house it was usable only in the early morning. There was also a limit for one device attached at the time but it didn't improve situation.

The house was very spacious and comfortable. Our house was placed in quiet area but we were in Trikorfo Beach by the end of September so there weren't lots of tourists. The house itself has nice surroundings with olive trees and it has nice porch. House was very clean and cleaning was done every day. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. Every bedroom is equipped with air condition but we didn't have opportunity to use it.

Nothing much to mention. We are not use to be required to by something in order to use the umbrellas and chairs on the beach, but that might be customary in Greece.

The villa was well furbished and very well maintained. The property is close to the beach and the surrounding area and gardens were in very good shape.

I did not like the enormous amount of mosquitoes and wasps in the area. This place is bad for children with allergic reactions to insects bites. Another disappointing thing was a very poor quality breakfast and slow wi-fi, that did not work inside the house, only outside. There is also only one restaurant on the territory of the hotel with high prices and merely OK food.

I liked the people working there. They were always smiling and very helpful. The houses were cosy and nicely fitting for a family vacation, especially if you cook your own food. This place is only good if you come with a car, as there are many beautiful beaches around and all the shops are too far for walking.

The villa that we were was a two bedroom and both bedrooms had an AC unit each, however the living/dining/kitchen area did not (38 C during the day so it heats up very quickly), it was very very hot and this is a bit of a problem. Also, towels and cleaning needs to be on two day basis at least (not a 3 day basis for this price category. Secondly we have opted for a breakfast in the beach restaurant, DO NOT DO THAT!!!. The Baps/bread are two days old, there is a few croissant for all of the people at the breakfast and that's it for the day, very poor for the €7/person+bad attitude and arrogance from the non English speaking staff, (nor any other language except Greek) , ohhhh plus bring cash, since their POS machine suspiciously does not work... hmmm). Fish at the same restaurant costs €60-90/KG at the same restaurant (you can have fish for €11-15 in the near by restaurants in Pskudia (1KM away), one word RIP OFF! the restaurant is very nicely places and it could be a perfect spot however due to the things mentioned above should be AVOIDED! I have called booking directly and canceled so-called breakfast from that day! 10+ for booking & reception desk. One important thing THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A BEACH (The picture on the booking is misleading (see the pictures attached) - the picture showing 10 sunbeds is private for the Glavas Hotel and the sunbeds are locked) . So that is a bit of a problem, the beach has been rented to some local guys, although the sunbeds are free you have to get drinks and that is also OK, only someone has to be constantly on the sunbed, that means you can not go to the sea together, because the minute you leave your spot, it is monitored and if you do not return in 10 minutes your towels+bags are moved and the beds are given out to the next person. The beach opens at 9, I was there at 8:30 with kids, all the sunbeds in the front raw were apparently taken?

Villa that we stayed in was nicely located, with beautiful Sea view, however not all of the villas have this view, so better to book one with the view. The villa has everything you might need during your stay, kitchen is fully equipped, there is a supermarket near by (2km away), if you have a car you're in luck.

The complex is separated in two parts by the main road passing through the village - some of the houses are at the beach, whilst the other houses are at the other side of the main road. The complex is not in Genius program - earlier check-in is not possible. We had to wait even for regular check-in, because the house was not ready. At the same time we've been asked to leave earlier, but no later than the check-out hour (which is normal). Poor internet connection - not possible for work.

Each house has enough space around and privacy as well. Big veranda on ground and second floor. The houses are nice. Housekeepers take care of beds and towels daily. The complex seems to be well planned. The restaurant at the beach is good.

Houses have common walls (there are 3 houses in a set) and this makes living very difficult, because some people enjoy staying late and chatting, laughing etc. and other people likes to have a good sleep, at least after midnight. Maybe having some rules of the resort would help, nobody's absurd, we are all here in holiday but when, each night, at 1-2 am you are awakened with noises and laughing, nothing is so perfect! The kitchen is not so equipped, dishes are outdated, stove is hardly working. The towels are changed every three days, which for a 4 star resort is shameful! The resort is located outside of each attraction, there is just one expensive restaurant on the beach and a supermarket at 3 km from the resort.

We liked the short distance to the beach and wonderful sea. We asked for a house that not face the main traffic road and we received it, we appreciate this. Who wants a place to stay in a garden and enjoy the sun finds here the dream of his life.

Lovely accommodation, a great location for exploring the whole area. Wonderful views from our property. Clean and well equipped. Kiki in the office was so friendly and helpful. Beach and the newly refurbished taverna was great. Tip - we were in the section above the road so good to use the underpass to get to the beach, office etc rather than cross the road.

Our house was on the side of the road that was further away from the beach area. To go to the beach you should pass a bridge over the main road (which is quite busy) or underneath. Not great to let your kids go alone.

Nice 2 floor house with all you could need for a longer summer vacation (a dishwasher is all that was missing). Relaxed atmosphere that is great for families with kids.

Not very good value for money. We asked specifically for a quiet house, but there was a lot of noise coming from the neighbors outside the complex. All day we were hearing their music and at least 2 times a week they make late loud parties so we couldn't sleep. Also our house was close to the road which was a but noisy too. The second floor is not a separate room, but an open space above the kitchen. Our house's yard was very small with no palm trees like the ones from the pictures and it was a bit far from the beach.

The yard in the complex was nice, bathroom was brand new and we had new LCD TV. Big parking. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is located in the area where there are absolutely no shops, you even cannot buy bread or milk if you don't have a car, so this place is suitable for living only if you rent a car or are ready to pay for taxi transfer to the nearest supermarket which is about 7 km away.

Very near to the sea with the clearest water. The sea bottom was sandy and the shallow water space was wide to let small kids bath safely in the sea. The house was comfortable and big enough for three adults and three kids. Almost daily the linen and towels were changed.

Not much to say, we were happy. Just a few reminders: Resort market was always closed, but doesn't matter since there are 2-3 big markets only 3,5km away, but you have to be well planned. You have to call and ask whenever you want your towels/bedsheets changed, otherwise they might not change it. Simply just call and ask. Only one bathroom with a shower, on the second floor. AC's are only on the upper floor, it might be a little bit hot to watch TV downstairs. Beware of mosquitos. All windows were sealed with mosquito nets, but don't forget your insect repellants. Single beds were fine and new but the twin bed we had was a bit saggy and squeaky.

The value for money of the bungalows is quite good, since they offer everything you may need: A/C, beach, green garden, parking area This resort has its own beach and beach services (if you drink or eat anything, they don't charge you money for umbrella or sunbeds), Very very green, tidy and very well maintained. All kitchen equipment was available (inc. brand new sponge and clothes), well working and clean. Rooms and cabinets were tidy and clean. Our beach-bungalows were close to the sea, but this resort offers variety of houses, so check the location before reservation. Staff very friendly, polite and solution oriented. Garbage was taken out and beds were tide up daily.

The distance to the beach is 200-300m and in Greece is hot. I had the idea that all villas are beach houses. The furniture was kind of old or ancient and the staircase for the second floor was wobbling. There were not good options for laundry. The worst thing was that the Trikorfo Beach complex is divided by a very very busy road with lots of noisy traffic during the day and night.

I liked the house in general, liked the green area around it and the trees in the complex. The beach is quite good, clear waters, not steep decline - excellent for small children. The personnel was nice and the apartment was cleaned on daily basis. Bathroom was perfect and the kitchen was nice.

Clean rooms. They took the garbage each day. Lot of cupboards and drawers made very easy to place our things. The new flat TV played all the movies from the usb hdd. The Wifi was perfect for emails and browsing but not for online games and better quality streaming.
