Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No air conditioning in the bedroom, we needed to ask for some basic stuff like shampoo, a lot of noise at night
The staff was very kind, the location was in the middle between Olympus and athens so it was a good stop on the way, nice beach, good value for money

The room is very basic and simple
We liked the swimming pool and the private beach. we were We enjoyed wandering around the nearby village of Wood from Wood, it was very authentic 😀

The insulation of the shower was not functioning and water where streaming to the room
The check-in was until 00:00 and it helped us a lot because our flight was delayed and we came very late. We stopped here on the way to Pilion and it was perfect for 1 night. The hotel is surrounded by green trees and is located directly by the sea.

Nothing really. It served the purpose. You need a car to get anywhere from there though.
Great pool and private beach. These are very basic bungalows but location is key. Staff are very kind and welcoming.

The hotel is isolated, but I knew that when booking. Ear plugs a must given the hotel's proximity to the main road. That said, the bedrooms face away from the road so that helps.
Great value for money. Lovely secluded beach with views of snow-capped mountains! Handy stop off on long drive. Well kept pretty gardens.

A great place to stay. It was after the season for us, so certain things were closed, like the pool, but that's was fine. The terrace was large, and we were able to watch our 2 small boys boys play football in the garden below.

Beds weren’t the most comfortable. Shower was awkward because there’s no place to clip the wand while showering.

The hotel is very dated and definitely needs some updating, especially on the outside. I bet in the 80s this was probably a high-end, vibrant, and happening hotel. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like anything has been done to the place since then. Even the bungalows on the way to the beach look abandoned and overtaken by wild vegetation. I'm not sure if they're even operational. We could hear everything outside, as if we were outside. Even when the windows were closed. From every little cricket chirp to the people talking who were sitting outside next door. We kept thinking that maybe a window was open. Very odd.
The room and the area around the hotel were very clean! You can tell they care about cleanliness. Check-in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly. The pool at this hotel was very big. There is a small beach behind the hotel. Water was nice and clear, and there are thousands of seashells and coral on the beach. Kids loved it. Wifi and air conditioner worked well in our room.

The walls are so thin I could hear the family from the room next to us very loudly. If you are a person with sleeping problems, you should bring earplugs.
Good location close to the Highway to Athens. Spacious rooms and a very nice walkway to the sea (perfect for a child riding a balance bike).
