Location was not as nice as we expected. But with a car it wasn't a problem. About 7 minutes drive into town. Nothing of interest around the hotel. But that was fine. The hotel had alot of land, olive trees and lovely lawns.

The hotel was spotless and well decorated. The pool was great and breakfast was fantastic there.

Elena is extraordinary host, helpful, hospital and kind. We loved her breakfasts with homemade, village food. House has beautiful garden with great views, both the sea and the mountains and parking places in the shade under olive trees

Beautiful location. Difficult to get there but so worth the long ride through the mountains. The owner welcomed us and gave lots of tips to do that evening. The garden and pool and the seaview were gorgeous. The room was very cosy and super clean. Wish we booked earlier so we could have stayed longer.

Set in a beautiful garden. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and Helen and her staff were very friendly and helpful. The fresh home cooked breakfast buffet was to look forward to going to bed at night! Lovely pool with plenty of seats.

I liked everything besides wind noise in the rooms, they need to isolate the doors better with a simple materials also oI did not liked that access to nearby beach was bit complicated but it is not fault of the establishment.

Breakfast was really nice, alcohol service beside pool was great. All in all amazing.

Everything! Helen and team was so nice, preparing a delicious breakfast, also with greek specialities. The rooms were lovely, stylish and had a beautiful seaview. The cute cat named Oscar and Helen’s dog welcomed us friendly as well and the time at the pool great. The pool is huge!! Great for swimmers as well. Also it’s the perfect place to chill. You might want a car/bike to drive around as it’s not too close to center (8 mins by car).

Comfortable, relaxing and really beautiful. Nice garden, amazing swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and lovely comfortable rooms/apartments fully equipped. Few minutes drive from wonderful beaches and from the town of paleochora a true hidden gem.

Beautiful garden in a quiet location and a great big swimming pool! Just want we wanted! Breakfast was great with lots of homemade food. Eleni was nice to chat with and extremely helpful with advice for restaurants or things to do. Close to restaurants, beautiful beaches and the charming Paleochora. We loved our stay!

Superb small hotel with large very well kept Garden with loads of shaded areas. Perfect for our kids to play in. Host was very welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious. There’s a great very clean pool but no kids pool. We’d definitely return if in the area.

The best is the pool and the view of the ocean. the grounds are very comfortable and quiet, with lots of shade or sun, which er you prefer. I was on a working holiday and was able to work quietly and comfortably for a few hours each day.

you can hardly find better. All was perfect, very nice apartment with a lot of space. fantastic swimmingpool of 22m length. So the pics are not misleading. Nice garden with plenty of space to have your own corner. And above all, the owner Heleny who makes unforgettable breakfast. Congratulations, travelled so many times to Greece. But this is really a topper. Thx very much !!

The area is quite isolated so it's wise to have a car.

The wifi is a bit slow & spotty, but this honestly wasn't much of an issue. If you want a 'resort-style' experience (e.g. organised activities, room service, nightlife etc) then I think this is probably not what you're looking for, it is a quiet and laid back environment. Perfect for us, but not what everyone is after.

The pool is just perfect - very clean and a great size for swimming, with a gorgeous view of the sea and plenty of good quality comfortable loungers with umbrellas around it. The whole property is beautifully kept, with lovely gardens and more loungers and umbrellas on the lawn for relaxing in the shade. We got an apartment and it was great, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with plenty of space. The location is fabulous, it is a bit remote but I liked that - it is quiet at night except for the sound of the waves, and you feel as if you are at the edge of the island with the sea around you. The breakfast is home-made every morning using local ingredients and absolutely delicious, with lots of variety - she makes fabulous little savoury pancakes, and traditional cheese + spinach pies (in addition to eggs, bacon and cereals), the home-made jams were wonderful, and you may have some friendly company from a cat or two. We felt very welcome, it is a smaller family run establishment and the owner is a very gracious host. I would suggest that the location is best suited to travellers with a car. It is possible to walk to Grammeno beach and the surrounding restaurants (Houmas in particular is excellent), but the walk is along the road without a footpath, so it is much more pleasant to drive (especially coming back from dinner at night), plus having a car allows you to explore more of the surrounding area.

Our stay was great thanks to Helen the owner who was really nice and helpful. The swimming pool with sea view is Amazing. Our room had been refurbished with a nice terrace on the garden. Breakfast was great! Everything was perfect!
