Clean, comfortable beds. Convenient location not too far from airport and only 20 minute walk to main town Fira. 24/7 bakery, supermarkets and creperies extremely close by (less than 2 minute walking). Very peaceful neighborhood too

We did not get prior Info on how to check-in to rooms. We arrived Late 10pm and no one was there to respond. We waited approx 1 hour searching for someone at late night 11pm. Finally we managed to call the villa number and then they told us our room number.

The villa location is really good. The rooms were really clean and all services were on top.

Located in interior. It doesn't have a view of harbor or sea like many other stay options in Santorini

The space is starting to show it's age. It's still okay but it's hovering around the 7.5 to 8 out 10. Still its a good place for a 3-4 day stay.

The staff was fantastic, very flexible and helpful. The location is very close to a bus stop and a 10 minute walk from the main bus terminal in Santorini (Thera). It's a 15 minute walk from the Fera caldera which has some amazing views. There are also some good restaurants and pastries close by.

I visited in February. The humidity was so much that the floors remained chronically wet. A dehumidifier would help.

I arrived in Santorini on Christmas Eve and I booked a single room. Although I arrived early, the hotel tried their best to arrange check-in for me in advance, and the room was very clean and tidy. thank you all. I spent a wonderful 4 days here.

Not on the property. But travellers need to know that if you come during Christmas, shops are closed and bus service was also suspended for 2 days. So it can be quite expensive to travel by taxi from town to town.

The owner communicated with me on how to get to the Villa considering that we arrived at odd hours. He even arranged for a taxi to wait for us at the Santorini Port. The villa is not in town center but close enough ( within 15 minutes) walking to Fira.

A quieter room on the opposite side from the loud bass music.

This place has an awesome location for the budget traveller. You can ride the bus almost to the door from both the airport and Oía. There’s a grocery store, restaurants and a couple of bars right at your doorstep. Communication with whoever was working WhatsApp was great however, the male receptionist needs improvement. I’m guessing he’s the owner and the wife works the internet, anyhow, considering it was Santorini in the Low season, I guess it was good value. I should state however that on the Friday and Saturday night there was some loud Club music coming from somewhere close by that even ear plugs couldn’t subdue. I enquired about this the first morning and it was basically brushed aside. It was loud heavy base music till 4:30 in the morning. I think it was coming from a gentlemen’s club as it states on Googlemaps. Same thing Saturday night, however, due to a major wind and rain storm. The sound was muffled till 5am when the storm subsided. There was no noise Sunday night as I’m guessing the place was closed.

The water wasn't hot enough for taking a shower in winter. The owner seemed very cold. When they sent an email to me and mentioned that they could offer the airport pick up service, but they didn't reply to my email when I asked for the service.

I was very impressed - comfortable rooms, quiet place, everything is near - supermarket, splendid bakery, bus stop to the airport and to the other parts of the island! Very polite and helpful employees! We will be happy to return to this fantastic unqiue island and stay at the same Villa Agas!

Loved this stay! Pretty rooms with all you need, including your own little terrace. Location is perfect - about 15 min walk to Fira bus terminal, or you have a bus stop right on the main road, which also connects you directly to the airport, and some beaches. 24 hour bakery nearby is delish! Staff was always available online whenever reception was closed. We had arrived real early, and were able to leave our luggage at reception to do the hike from Fira to Oia :)

if you don’t want to walk 15 minutes to thira then you may have a problem

- Nice room for the price - Good location. restaurants and supermarket 2 min walk away, thira 15 min walk. bus station 2 mins away - staff was really helpful for a) letting me check in at 3:30am after my ferry arrived and b) explaining all the bus routes
