We had a wonderful stay. The hotel had great amenities and the restaurant was delicious. Anna was exceptional in making sure that we had everything that we needed and George was very kind to upgrade us. The property is a short walk to town and to the Fira bus station. They also helped with transfer to the port when we left.

The bathroom in a cave is dope. Our room's terrace provided amazing views of whitewashed buildings including the domes that makes you feel you are really in Santorini. Also the hotel's location is conveniently a short walking distance to the centre of bustling Fira

We’ve stayed at Calm Collection many times now since 2020, and it’s become the place we return to every single year. Each visit feels like coming home, which is something truly special when you’re travelling. What sets this place apart isn’t just the comfortable rooms or the perfect location in Fira, but the people. There’s a genuine sense of family here that you can feel in everything they do. The owner, George, is at the heart of it — always welcoming, always ready to help, and genuinely caring about his guests. For him, it’s clearly more than running a hotel; it’s about carrying on family values and making sure everyone feels looked after. Another highlight for us has been Katsaboo Restaurant, which is linked with the hotel. The authentic food there is always delicious, and the service is excellent. It really adds to the whole experience. That’s why we keep coming back. Calm Collection has become part of our Santorini tradition, and we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

Our stay at Evgenia Villas & Suites was nothing short of magical, and a huge part of that was thanks to George! From the moment we arrived, his warm welcome set the tone for our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed — from local recommendations to thoughtful check-ins to see if we were enjoying ourselves. The hotel itself is stunning — beautiful pools and restaurant, spotless rooms, and a peaceful vibe that’s perfect for relaxing — but it was George’s personal touch that turned a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. He made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than just guests. We had 2 rooms side by side as a family of 5 which was perfect for us. We can’t wait to come back — and we’ll definitely be hoping George is there to greet us again!

Staff were very pleasant at this location. Room was very clean, comfortable and stocked with drinks and shampoo and shower gel as well as shower caps, dental sets and makeup wipes for women which we were pleased by. The pool was a great bonus which we made use of. Taxi provided by the hotel was readily available at your convenience. Katsaboo restaurant was on site which was very convenient and had a wide range of food available. Also on departure I received a bag with earrings, matches and pictures of Santorini with a guide to Santorini which was a lovely touch and unexpected. We would highly recommend this accommodation in Fira Santorini for couples and friends.

Not being able to get coffee in the morning - the onsite cafe didn't open till 10am and there was a kettle and tea/coffee in the rooms but no access to milk (including the single serve packets) or creamer. This would have made all the difference.

The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff working there are incredible. They work hard and create a friendly, welcoming environment. The rooms are spotlessly clean and fun to stay in. Fabulous view over the Aegean Sea.

I don't know from where to start: Bedroom was super nice with high style decoration. I slept on the best mattress I have ever had. Common area such as swimming pool both from the hotel and Katsaboo were amazing. 5 mins walk from city centre and big parking always available. Calm Collection is my hotel from now on when in Santorini. Thanks to the ladies of the staff. They were so kind.

I'm happy that I had an amazing stay. It was always clean. Very calm. Exceptional local food and tours, which I highly recommend. Traditions and stories passed on from the reception staff & George, the local tour guide. I had a great vacation. Room was suited for my needs.

Upon my arrival, I noticed a long queue at the reception, which contributed to an extended waiting time. It could be helpful to explore ways to improve the efficiency of the check-in process for a smoother experience.

The environment is clean, and there is a commendable emphasis on customer acceptance, which is highlighted by the thoughtful gesture of offering a complimentary drink. Additionally, the staff's friendliness enhances the overall positive experience.

Would be nice if transfers were offered free of charge quite expensive to get to and from the Port unfortunately. Also only offered one free bottle of water for the stay per person think that should be at least daily as water not drinkable.

Location close to Fira short 15 minute walk to centre of town. Pool and all amenities were amazing and pool areas very enjoyable and staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner at Katsaboo was amazing and very enjoyable.

This is my second return to this beautiful hotel. I came last year with my daughter and was so impressed that I came back this year with my partner and stayed for a week. The family who run the hotel are just wonderful George and his lovely wife along with the rest of the team really looked after us. The hotel is beautiful, fresh, clean and simply stunning. Calm Collections is the perfect name as the ambience set is so calming. You feel as though you are in a spa from the moment you enter reception.

Convenient location, gorgeous room with ocean views and sunrise. Access to two swimming pools, one with a delicious restaurant with sea views. The staff went above and beyond to ne helpful and organised trips, taxis and ATVs. The room was gorgeous and comfortable with great facilities!

My partner, friends, and I had a great time at the Calm Collection Villa; the rooms were clean, and the environment was picture-perfect. It was incredibly relaxing, and it was easy to walk to the Fira center, which is about an 8-minute walk away and back. We had such a great experience and I'd recommend this villa.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Evgenia Resort in Fira – it was absolutely magical from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and attentive staff (Maria ) who made me feel right at home. The hospitality here is truly second to none – thoughtful, personalized, and genuine. Every request was met with a smile and a sense of true care. The resort itself is a peaceful oasis, perfectly located just a short walk from the heart of Fira. This means you get all the vibrancy of the town within reach, but also the calm and quiet to truly relax and unwind. All in all, Evgenia Resort exceeded every expectation. It’s the kind of place that feels like a home away from home, but with the elegance and service of a luxury retreat. I left feeling relaxed, happy, and already dreaming about coming back. Highly, highly recommended – this place is a gem!

Very small comment : the kettle was a bit old, if its possible to change it for security.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, far from the craziness of Fira but close to the bus station and the attractions (about 10min walking). Very clean, comfortable, amazing view at the pool area next to the restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff, amazing massage. They can even organise transfers for you and are flexible with checkin and checkout which I appreciated a lot. I stayed in the studio with seaview and the studio with jacuzzi next to the pool, and I personnally prefered the 2nd one. Loved my time here !

The interior is lovely and a great ambiance

Staff are so friendly and welcoming the location is perfect a short walk to the centre of town an oasis of calm and the views are excellent . Food is exceptional at katsboo restaurant highly recommended
