Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandMosquitoes! Having to climb down stairs from the bed to the bathroom It was fine for a solo traveler, but I think it might be a bit small for a couple.
Nice and quiet location Unusual layout: small but functional for one person

PolandI was staying for 8 days in Iasonas Studio and it was really good. The studio has everything what single person needs. Kitchen with all utensils to cook for yourself, tv to watch from bed, good wifi, independent bathroom. And for that price you have AC in studio and access to swimming pool on the roof! Ioannis, the owner, was very nice and gave me some tips on where to go on Crete.

SloveniaThe host (and his family) is amazing, anytime we needed any help or repair with something, his response was very swift. The villa is located in a mountenous area, in a very cozy village with 3 tavernas. The view of the mountains from the rooftop was extraordinary! Apartment itswlf had a very Cretan feel to it, very traditional and we even got some raki and olive oil from the host to be immersed in the Cretan countryside even more. There was thorough cleaning each week! These services were available even during winter time prices which were very affordable for a longer stay.

United KingdomThe bathroom was very small (a potential issue for larger people) so a photo may be useful. The living room windows look directly onto the balcony of neighboring property however the host did indicate they would be installing privacy film on the windows.
The roof terrace and pool have excellent views. Living area was spacious and well equipped. Master bedroom was spacious and included plenty of storage.

GermanyThe room itself is very small, however as mentioned in the positive, it has everything you would need. Just a warning for people looking to stay in the room most of the day: It is a room to sleep in, wash up and maybe have a quick and easy meal. Not a big house to chill in. For that tough there are other appartements which are way bigger available at the same site. In my case, I was out all day exploring the beatifull landscape, so I did not care.
A very nice little room with everything you would need. Everything I needed for a quick meal was in the kitchen and it was well cleaned when I arrived. The owners are very nice people you can talk to. They also listen to requests if you ask them. The location is very suitable should you travel with a rented car. Almost all the bigger attractions in the area are less than 1h away. However, I imagine it being very difficult without a car to reach places a bit further away. For a weekend there ist more than enough to see in walking distance tough. For this price category a very well equipped room you really can't complain about.

United KingdomIoannis (host) went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Small rooftop pool, outside eating, mountains everywhere, fantastic village with several options for eating and a small grocery shop. Unexpectedly great stay, recommended!! The nearby lake is worth at least one visit, as are the beaches and restaurants near the beach.

It was a small studio without a pool like others but my host was very nice and always messaged me when any pool is available Also sent me a lot direct link to places to visit, eat or drink or more simple like shopping near a village. I had a good contact all the time by What’s up and also he visited every night as well. There is a car park if you rent a car

ChileThe area in general is beautiful, all the surroundings are impressive. The villa has everything and when I say everything I mean from all first aids kits (on rule) and whatever you might need to cook in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are truly to rest. The pools on the terrace are on point, the views can't get better. The experience is more enjoyable than a hotel since the hosts are very kind and warm people. Excellent for solo travelers and big families.

United KingdomOne big house has been thoughtfully divided into three. Some areas can be quite close for comfort with neighbours. One toilet which was a challenge for us with teenagers! There is parking but it can be a bit of a lottery to find a space and the village streets are properly narrow - driving not for the faint-hearted! Totally worth the drive when you arrive!
What is not to like? This property is a little gem! It is set at the end of a village with commanding views of the hills - particularly from the rooftop pool. Very well designed (upside down with bedrooms on the ground floor). Excellent, thoughtful, big hearted hosts. Our host had been mistakenly told that we were '4 Greek women with a 0 year old baby' when in fact we were a UK family with 3 teenagers! He stepped up to this sudden change admirably in good heart and made us feel very welcome. The village has buckets of colour and personality with tavernas that give a really personal service. Good for couples or families wanting an 'off the beaten track' place to stay. A/C was excellent. Well stocked kitchen. Also a washing machine and tumble dryer. We visited as a one-off but we are now tempted to go back.

The pool is private and with a great view on the beautiful hills and the host is extremely responsive and facilitated a late check in with ease. I often have issue sleeping somewhere else than home but the bed was very comfortable and the quantity/quality of the pillows were nice, I slept very well. There are several tavern options in the village.

Quiet and peaceful with a short walk to the village taverna. Villa was well equipped and any queries were promptly dealt with by the owner (who was happy to do so). Very friendly neighbours who often surprised us with fruit from their small holding or freshly baked pastries.

SlovakiaThe wifi internet connections isnt stable, and the mobile network weak. But you can have more relax without internet 😀. And if you choose one person appartment, take into consideration that the app is realy small, but cozy and nice.
At the end of the village, with view on the Mountains, you will wake-up with the sound of bees, chickens and gooses. You can walk to the tavernas in the village and taste wine and local foods. But if you wake-up early, breakfest by our own - taverna opens at 11:00.

Its private and a good stay in a greek old small village. Not much to do but with your own private pool at the roof top you dont need so much more.. relaxing. The house is devided in to two villas with two pools. We had the tradtional one and liked it. The host and people in this village are very nice! Eat at marias we recommend that as well;)
