The fact that they don’t let you know in advance that the check in is done at a different location (it is not far, but still, first time you find out about this is when you get with your luggage in front of the door). The worst was that it was almost impossible to sleep since there is so much noise coming from some club and it lasted until 3 in the morning..I haven’t had almost any sleep in 3 nights there. Last, the room is uncomfortable - the mattress is old, there is no much room left once you open 2 little suitcases, the bathroom is also very small and old..we didn’t have a hair dryer nor glasses in the room. Would skip next time.

The receptionist Angeliki was amazing!! Super helpful and gave us great tips about the island. It’s in a perfect location in the heart of town, but tucked away down a quiet alleyway.

The electric power and then AC stopped working during the night. We were here with a baby. When I tried to complain during the night about the very high temperature in the room ( no way to make airflow through windows) a bored up employee that the temperature on the island was 24 (I guess to say was lying about the temperature in the room) and tell us she was trying to do something. Then no news until morning when we went to the desk . They could have lend us a fan, cold water, or a better price for that horrible night for our baby and us. But nothing of that. Other than that this place is overpriced, that 's usually when you have worst customer relationship and experiences. Don't book here if you don't want to give money to unprofessional people

Staff at reception rude, confusion about the room charge was not handled well, they were not friendly. Room was tiny we had to take turns to walk around! Not family friendly Not value for money better to stay further out and pay less for a bigger room if you are more than one or two people.

The location in the old town, otherwise the room was tiny for 3 of us and up lots of steps.. Nice 10 euro breakfast at fresh hotel although when we paid for 2 adults they said they were not charging for the baby an extra 10 euros as they made a cheese sandwich as rest were meat- be careful you are not over charged.

Where to start.... Bad attitude by the person responsible for the bookings ( apparently she is the owner) cockroaches and spiders in the room Super noisy from the bars all night until 5-6am Poor cleaning ...

We had a very nice stay in Villa Pinelopi! The hotel has a perfect location in the centre of Chora close to everything (restaurants, bars, bakeries, windmills, Little Venice, bus stops, supermarkets). They provide free transfer from/to the airport if you stay more than one night. The room is simple but has everything you need, even a little kitchen, it is clean and the wifi connection was also really good. The staff is friendly and they help you with any questions. Very good value for money!

Location, cleanliness & friendly staff.

We had a really good stay at Villa Pinelopi. The quality was far more superior than the price we paid! To start with, after the booking, I got a nice confirmation email as well as all answers I needed to know before coming. The day of arrival the hotel organised for us a shuttle bus, which dropped us closest to the hotel and from there we had a lovely first walk through Chora. The driver provided us with a map which was easy to follow. Arriving to the hotel, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. It’s really nice to arrive at the hotel and see a smiling face. Setting everything up in the right mood. The room was charming and had everything we needed. Wooden decoration elements, comfortable bed and good Air Conditioning. The room was extremely clean and hygienic! Room was cleaned every morning, towels were changed for new ones. And also the bed sheets were always fresh! The breakfast was just outstanding. Nice buffet set up in the morning. With traditional greek food as well as mediterranean. Everyday there was a slight variation and everything was fresh! We were having a big breakfast in the morning and were skipping lunch as we were not hungry with this hot mykonos weather. Villa pinelopi follows very well all COVID rules and restrictions. It’s also a big plus! I was in other hotels in mykonos for a similar price and it was not quite good as villa pinelopi. I will definitely come back! Due to the amazing location(that's really in the heart of Mykonos town) it can get a bit noisy due to the venues around. But still, easy to sleep and chill.

I liked mostly everything. Since I arrived and Jenny(lovely and helpful person) received me quite well, I had an amazing experience. The villa is beautiful inside, quiet, clean and full of flowers and plants all around. During the day you can hear the birds singing(awesome) The room exceeded my expectations, it was spacious, impressive clean and really comfortable. Credits to the amazing lady( that unfortunately I forgot the name) who cleaned and tidied my room everyday. It's close to everything you could need, from supermarkets to the best restaurants and bars. Summarising, my experience was fantastic, I highly recommend the place and I would indeed stay there again.
