Nothing special.

Parking is a huge plus.Real nice parking in front of the apartment not on the street like 90% of the apartments in Greece. Also there is a cleaning lady. She cleans the apartment every three days changing bed sheets towels everything. She is doing a great job everything is clean. Our host Haris was always at the property so that is also a very nice. It’s nice to have someone to rely on. Haris is very nice and polite. Keep in mind that all these things are included in price.

The pillows where good but could be a bit softer

The host was a wonderful person that was very welcoming, the appartment was small but very comfortable, you are 10 seconds away from the beach and all other things pefkochori has to offer. Definitely a recommendation

There were really only few Kitchenware! The equipment is quite old, but that didn't bother us.

Location, a few meters from the beach, shops, restaurants. 2 air conditioners. A bit more difficult to access by car, but it wasn't a problem. Owner friendly and always available.

We were greeted by Haris (the host) upon our arrival. He showed us the apartment and everything we needed. This place was amazing, so close to the beach yet very quiet at night. The apartment was spotless, very very clean.The furniture and the kitchen appliances were all upgraded. We had huge terrace with beautiful patio furniture. The boardwalk , the beaches were only few steps from the apartment. Haris is a great host, we were supposed to check out on 6/21 by 11am and our ride to the airport was late. He let us stay in the apartment until 7pm at no extra charge. Being with 2 young children, it meant a lot for letting us stay in the apartment instead of wondering around with the kids in the hot weather. They clearly care about their customers. Will definitely come again next year and stay longer!

Kitchen was small, but workable. No microwave.

Excellent location: Beach is 1min away, there are shops and restourants just as close. The apartment itself is in a quiet area so you can relax easily. Host was friendly and helpful. Terrace, bathroom, bedroom were great.

Villa Repas is excellent place for summer vacation especially with family, the villa is so pleasent and nice, well equipped with new furniture, the beach is close to the villa, and although it is very close to the restaurants and cafes it is still very calm and not noisy area, all in all we are very satisfied and we would like to visit Villa Repas again. The owner Mr. Haris is very nice, kind and helpful, we are very grateful to him.

The Beach in front of the Villa is really small and crowded and the sea has stones. This is not the property's fault thou', it's just nature. We went to the beach at the end of the Promenade - 200 m away or at Palliouri beach - 7 km, by car.

Villa Repas is a perfect accommodation right in the middle of Pefkohori, situated in a building complex where there are mainly vacation homes for Greeks. The location is perfect, the sea and beach is situated right outside the complex and the promenade with all it's restaurants & bars is right at the door to the property. Even thou' you are right in the middle of the hustle & bustle, the apartment is really quiet and you can get a good night sleep. The Apartment is very spacious & clean, it has AC in both rooms and a spacious terrace. They provide also parking space, but as it is situated on the Promenade, you can only enter by car until 7 pm, until the street becomes pedestrian. That is not an issue, as you barely need the car to travel around. We arrived late at night and we couldn't enter with the car to the accommodation, but the owner was very nice and he came with us to find a parking space and to help us with our luggage.

The quality and functionality of the appartement is above the everage for this type of accommodation. Very close to the beach. Excellent restaurants on the short walking distance. Exceptionally friendly and helpful owner.

nice quiet location, had everything we need, the beach is pretty close but we preferred Hroussou Beach which is few kilometers away, plenty of restaurant options in the area, owner is nice and friendly
