One thing we thought was missing was the kitchen supplies. There was not any pans or sharp knives. Only pots and utensils.

It was a lovely apartment with a good walking distance to the main street in laganas. We were four people living there for a week and there was grate room for all of us. The bathrooms were really fresh. The people working there were very helpful and flexible!

Andriana and her family gave us a great stay. As soon as we arrived in Zakynthos, we were warmly welcomed. The Vythoulka family not only offers transfers to and from the airport, but also takes care of their guests, is always open for questions, tells us a lot about the island, gives insider information, books tours and is always open for any requests. The apartment on the second floor was a perfect size with a great terrace. It was lovingly decorated, clean and had everything you could possibly need. If not, you can always ask for it. We also had breakfast twice - you are welcome to express your wishes - eggs and olive oil come directly from the family farm. So it is really rich, varied, a big portion and most of all freshly prepared. The town of Laganas itself was not necessarily our favorite place, as it is full of young people partying. It feels a bit like Summersplash and the main street is loud and full of clubs and bars. However, it was very quiet in the apartments, although you only have a very short walk (5-7 minutes) to the center of the action and the beach. So all in all it was a great stay and the kindness of the whole family made it all the more relaxing - we felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time!

The only small thing, the shower facilities… the water goes everywhere in the bathroom! But it‘s nothing you can‘t handle! Just have to be careful! Other than that the shower and toilet was super modern and nice! The water was NOT salty, like we experienced in other apartments last year so that‘s good!

The room was big and exactly like the pictures! It was very clean and the staff was super friendly! We loved it there! It was very central and if there‘s a problem they are happy to help! They even provide activities!

Perfect location. Every store that you need and the beach are under a 5 minute walk. The host (Andriana) is super friendly and will help you with everything. A comfortable room for a great price.

The room did not look like the pictures at all. Online it made it out to have a big kitchen in a separate room, but the small kitchen was in the room. It was tight for space. When we first arrived we were brought to 1 room with two beds when we originally payed for an apartment with two separate bed rooms. I saw a review that this had happened to other guests so I do wonder why this is. We were notified 5 minutes before that the cleaner would be coming, a bit more notice would have been appreciated.

I booked a two bedroom apartment at Spiros family apartments in Laganas Greece for the Easter holidays. When I arrived it was only a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was freezing at night and very damp, water dripping down the windows and are clothes felt wet. The central heating was not working. They gave us a plug in heater which was unsafe around a one year old child. The stairs was very unsafe for children. There were no baby gates as stated in booking.com The surrounding area is not appropriate and unsightly. There is no garden view. The playground does not exist! There is no Pool and wellness center as indicated. No sun loungers or beach chairs. Everything is closed at Easter and customers should be told when booking. It indicates that it is five minutes from bars and restaurants. Only one restaurant is open.
