Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaLocation!!
Over all the facilities including the room were more then satisfactory. The location was too far away from the town center and alternate restaurants. We as a result had to rent a car. Staff were fine but not that helpful at times.

DenmarkWe rented a car via the reception. We payed 65 EUR for a small car one day (incl. insurance), but the car was very old (65.000 km) and had problems with the gear. On Naxos we payed EUR 40 for a bigger and newer car. I do not blame the reception, but maybe they could make an arrangement with a car company with better prices/newer cars.
Service was good. Good view. Big balcony.

United States of AmericaThere was no pool and while the view was nice you will need a car to get around and the beach is about a 10 minute walk.
Breakfast was great and the staff were fantastic.

Let me tell you the best part about this place is the staff. I never did catch the lovely woman's name but herself and Kostas who run this small hotel are a treasure. Extremely helpful and also just great craic to talk to. They were a highlight of my Paros trip for sure. Every day we were given a menu (which had so many delicious options on it by the way) to choose our breakfast and the next morning it would be hand delivered by Kostas or the lovely woman (I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name 😅) to our room and we would eat on the balcony. Rooms were super spacious with a small kitchette (sink, fridge, stovetop, cutlery and dishes) and a gorgeous balcony. Location from the town was max 4 min walk downhill so it was loveky and quiet at night. Also you will fall in love with Rollie and Nadia. The most loving kitties who will greet you upon arrival to the hotel. Id go back in a heartbeat!

United States of AmericaWe didn't know there was breakfast available, reception could have provided more information about the property when we checked in.
Absolutely great location, close walk to lots of Naussa restaurants and shops. The sunset views from the patio were beautiful. Reception was helpful to give us suggestions and arranged taxis to pick us up from and drop us off at the ferry.

United States of AmericaThis is minor but it would have been nice if the trees from the property next door were trimmed so we had a more unobstructed view of the ocean. Regardless, the view was beautiful and we enjoyed having breakfast on our private balcony every morning and relaxing with a drink in the evenings.
The part of this stay that stood out to me the most (aside from the beautiful facilities) was the staff. Costas and Georgia at the reception desk and Christina, who served us breakfast every morning, were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and really made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Georgia spent time researching and sharing ferry information for Naxos and Mykonos, and Costas helped ensure we had a scooter delivered to the hotel when our first rental expired and we couldn't find one that accommodated our needs nearby. These are just a couple examples of how helpful they were and we enjoyed all of our impromptu conversations that felt like we knew each other for years. The second most notable thing I liked about the hotel is the mattress/pillows and shower. Having travelled in Greece many times before, many hotels have very hard beds, flat pillows, and showers that don't have a curtain or glass closure so water gets everywhere. None of this was a problem at Yades Suites and made our stay super comfortable and enjoyable.

GreeceIf I have to note one negative thing, this would be that the hotel is located in a place where you need to walk some stairs to reach. This can be tricky after eating a big dinner but is the price you pay to have a great view!
We liked everything. Great hotel, with clean rooms, polite stuff, an amazing view, and a great experience overall! Special thanks to the people working in this hotel. They were always willing to inform us about nice places to go and made our stay comfortable and special.
